We enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was good enough for only a couple of nights. It was close to Como and other sights in the area. One downside was the noise the water heating made during the night. Also, the space was a bit dark, because we were instructed to close the wooden (outside) shutters.

Pros : Great view + stand + view + self check-in + clean place Cons : weak hot water, manually open the parking portal and the entrance on a dangerous slope (no remote ) , slow to respond in case you had a problem compared to the rest of the experiences you experienced in other areas of Italy

We felt right at home in the apartment. It is quiet and the view from the balcony over the lake is fantastic. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Big enough for 2 people and very clean. Although we were there by car, we left it all week. A short walk to the center. You can easily get everywhere by boat, bus and train. By boat to Como or by bus and train to Milan. All in all, it was a successful beautiful stay, which we enjoyed very much. We will be back!

Host very helpful, location fantastic with an amazing view of the lake, place very clean. However was unclear to us how many steps needed to be climbed to get up to the property from the parking space with heavy luggage was a struggle. The other thing to be mindful of in the summer is there is no air con and the apartment was around 29 degrees our whole stay which was very very hot. But maybe the view was worth it!

Spacious and clean apartment. Views from the balcony amazing. Village can be reached via a steep and bumpy path. If you are able to walk, nice to walk. Village has many restaurants, is located on Lake Como. Departure point ferry also from the village.

Loved staying at this apartment! The view was amazing and could be enjoyed best from the nice patio. Bed was super comfortable and the space was very clean. On-site parking was perfect and the hosts were extremely responsive to our messages. Just to note, there are multiple areas of stairs, so lots of luggage might be tricky. Also, the building and neighborhood is very quiet, so it's great for peaceful relaxation. At least that was our experience in late April. Highly recommend this lovely apartment!

We know Cernobbio well but it is the first experience for us in an apartment. No disappointment! The apartment, very clean and functional, is as described in the listing. A very good thing! Check-in and check-out, independently are also very appreciated: the instructions are clear and simple. We can't go wrong. The place is really quiet despite the little road from the pass that passes right outside the building. We really had a peaceful stay there, with a lovely view of the village and the lake.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this apartment! Everything was just perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during my trip. Clean and quiet apartment with a very nice view from the balcony on the lake. Como Downtown ist around 15 min away with car. The kitchen has cooking and dinning stuff if you want to cook there. We spent 3 days right there and we enjoyed our stay, we are a couple with 1 year old baby. The apartment has a private car parking downstairs, so you don’t need to look around for a parking or pay extra money to park your car.

A very pleasant, functional, very well equipped accommodation, worthy of certain good hotels(soap/towels/coffee...) and very clean. Recommended for a long weekend and even more. Consider stairs if there are reduced mobility. In short, we had a great time!

We had a very nice stay, the apartment is spacious and the bed very cozy. There is plenty of storage space. The path to Lake Como is steep but still easily accessible on foot. You have a great view of the lake from the apartment!

We have stayed in several AirBnB’s in different parts of Europe and the world and I can clearly say that this has been our worst experience. You will need to follow up multiple times to get arrival instructions, our instruction arrived 3 hours before Check in after multiple follow-ups. They are very particular about that you cannot check in before 3 PM. No one will even bother that you have reached the place or how you are reaching. Don’t expect any guide or tips to reach the place apart from a pdf and a video which comes in a mail. AirBnB’s are about personal touch, but you will not find any, while staying with the host. We reached around 3:15, but the cleaning lady was still setting up the place. In hurry she even left her cleaning gloves over kitchen slab. No one will be at the flat to show you around or even discuss the amenities. If you are with luggage, don’t even bother booking this place as you will need to climb 2 floors while figuring out the puzzle to reach the door. You cannot order food as no one delivers, we called the number of the AirBnB host after getting frustrated, to our surprise it’s connected to a call centre where they don’t even know your name and will ask your name and details to find the bookings. Even 1 star hotels have better services. Only good thing about the place is the balcony, apart from that everything is worth forgetting. Half of the appliances will not work as they are still setting the connections up, you can find silicon gun sitting in their cupboard. Best surprise was till the end, we forgot that their check out time is 10 AM, earliest I have ever seen for any stay. We tried our luck again on the call centre for a check out at 12 PM as we had a train af 2:30 PM, we got a standard response that send an email for the request. And the email response was a copy paste policy statement, they did not even offer to keep the luggage and gave us luggage centres phone number, and told that the cleaning lady will come at 10 AM. We did not argue and Checked out 9:59 AM as we were anyways fed up with the experience. One piece of advise, you can book a 4 star property at the town centre, it will cost more or less same, and you will at least see the receptionist and treated like humans. Rather than talking to robots who anyways don’t care. It’s a chain of multiple vacation homes in Lake Como who provide below average service. Hope this review saves some vacations. Cheers.

Great location in peaceful and quite village suburb! View from the balcony was perfect. We staying in April so it was really quiet. There is a beautiful footpath just across the road that leads to the Cernobbio promenade.

Amazing view of the lake but we didn't overly enjoy our stay. The apartment had a bit of a stale smell when we got there. We were there at the end of February and the heating was off the first night. It was so cold we couldn't sleep. We reported it the next day and we were told it will be fixed but the next night it was the same. 18 degrees tops at night even though we were told that it will be 21. They told us that (21) was the maximum allowed because of environmental protection. The apartment is not bad but we can't rate it good either that's why the 3 stars.

We had a great stay in Cernobbio. The apartment is super well located and you can just walk to the city center of Cernobbio (the way is a bit steep, make sure you’ll be capable) where you can take a boat to go to Como or Bellagio or to further places to want to see. The kitchen ja very well stuffed. Everyone was super nice and when we could not find a wine opener, someone brought us a new one just within twenty minutes which was super super attentive and nice. We would recommend everyone to stay at that perfect place with the perfect view. Car parking included which was very practical, as well.

The apartment is very nice and has a great location. Our highlight was clearly the balcony with the very very nice view on the Comer lake. The check-in process was straightforward and the hosts were very nice, they also had a few excursion tips ready for us. In addition, there was a lot of information material in the apartment, maps and restaurant tips for many cities around the lake. We would come back any time.

Every morning the first thing I did is go to the balcony to enjoy the sights. there is a slope path to the downtown, just 10 min by foot, also a good excise in the morning. The location is close the boundary of Switzerland. 20 min to go fox-town outlet by car.

Very well located apartment close to the lake and Come which is a beautiful city. A little difficult to find even with GPS. There is a parking space which is essential because you can't park...The apartment is managed by an agency that is very responsive for any problem. You never see the owners ! Unfortunately they hadn't turned on the heater for our arrival as we asked because it was cold. But the agency was able to resolve the problem very quickly. Wine glasses are missing so you can taste the good wines of Lombardy!

This is a dream place to stay. The view is truly magnificent and very easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need. The management company is doing a great job. The communication is very efficient. Also, they provided the recommendations for the places to visit and answered to all questions we had prior our arrival. We didn’t end up staying here bc of the hot weather. We went to a hotel. The place needs air conditioning if it’s hotter than 85 degrees. They were really great at communicating though and super nice to provide fans but the place is way out of the way from town. I would only recommend it if you want a very secluded vacation and are coming when it is 75 degrees or cooler.

It is a nice place and pleasant space with a beautiful view; it is not a private home, it is run by an agency. The drive to the site by car is harrowing, however good parking on site. Inquire about ferry to Como. Alessandro was very helpful and responsible.

Great place for a quiet getaway. Amazing view from the balcony, the apartment has everything you need (unless it would be good to add a washing machine). Mary was very attentive and obliging. We even left some things that Mary agreed to send promptly by mail, which is very appreciated. There is a closed parking space next to the house. From the nuances of the location - the house is very high, so we almost always went down to the lake by car (2 mins). Regarding the layout of the apartment, the bedroom is separated from the living room by a partition not to the ceiling.

Betty was perfect in her communication and my reception. Everything was as expected and help was offered if needed. The accommodation is not centrally located but having a good parking spot and a simply fantastic view, together with a well equipped apartment makes staying here a joy! Overall the stay was very nice indeed! A definite repeat performance!

The apartment is superb, refurbished as in the photos. Small balcony with magnificent lake views. A large, comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. We were greeted by Lucia upon arrival. Private and secure parking space, a big plus. Well located to visit Lenno, Mennaggio, Como. You can also take the ferries to go to Bellagio or do it by car (about 45mn-1h), the road is nice. We recommend

This place is really nice. The view from balcony is magnificent. Large bed is very comfortable, rooms are clean. Neighborhood was our stay time almost quiet, only weekend mornings are a bit louder and a few motorcycles did a noise during a night time when passing by nearest street. The host is extremely kind and very helpful in any case.

The view is stunning and the area very peaceful and quiet. It's a 15 minute walk DOWN the hill to the main part of town. When I stayed it was around 30c every day and the apartment was VERY HOT with not much breeze and no fan or air conditioning. A fan is a must. The mattress was comfortable and the apartment light and airy. No hairdryer although specified. There is no iron or ironing board in the apartment so I went out with a creased shirt every night. Not what you want when in Lake Como. Arrive with some food and water and salt and pepper to Dave you going back out again. There's a big supermarket on your way from the airport. There is not a shop within walking distance of the apartment. Only 1 towel per person, which when it's hot and you are showering twice a day I feel is not enough. Overall, Daniela was fantastic with communication. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the parking was very private and secure. I would stay again.
