"Palazzo Garibaldi" is an elegant and spacious apartment located in the historical centre of Como. In an extremely central position, this apartment is close to bars, restaurants, and all the services you might need. From this apartment, you can reach the lake and the pier in just a few minutes on foot.
This apartment can accommodate up to four people. It features a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, a spacious living room with L-shaped sofa, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area and this apartment does not have private parking. The nearest street parking is available in Viale Varese, about 400 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

This is my second stay at this property and I love it. Most importantly the location. The cleaning was superb, the beds comfortable. Only advice is freshening up the kitchen tools/pots, doing maintenance for the dining chairs and for sure adding a mattress protector.

Additional rules
• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
