The apartment was great overall, very good location close to the lake and city center of Como. The listing said they had a washer and we tried the keys they gave us and none of them worked. It was a bit of a pain finally getting them to come and get the right key but was eventually figured out. We ran out of toilet paper the last night we were they’re and they said that what was there was all they would provide, that would be fine had they told us that was all we would get, but there is no market open past 8 pm close by. Overall a good stay.

Stay as a family with 2 small kids (baby + toddler) + great location + corresponding to the picture but a bit old - a bed was broken - floors were not clean, our feet were all black, so you can imagine for the kids… The rental agency offered to come clean again, and finally didn’t come do it… we got a lot of messages and apologies but no action. When asking for a compensation, they delivered us a bottle of wine……… nothing to come repair the bed. Would definitely NOT recommend booking with MyHomeInComo !

Good location with everything within quick walkable distance. Restaurants, ferry service, supermarkets and walking near the lake. Good bedrooms, excellent air conditioning and good size kitchen and bathroom with excellent hot and cold water pressure. Recommend stay to others.

PLEASE NOTE! The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Via Alessandro Manzoni 10/E, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the pick up point by 10:00 am. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the pick-up point, a sum of €50 will be required.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
