We enjoyed the setting with a lake view. When we arrived, we did Wahou because the apartment is pretty. On the other hand, to sleep (I'm on the left side of the bed) , the mattress is dug like a bathtub. So, 2 sleepless nights. We wanted to cook pasta . No sewer, no salt, pepper, oil, vinegar....Nothing in the kitchen. Extremely disappointed with the price of the service and 150th of very dubious cleaning.

If you are looking for a remote, off the grid location in Como, this is it & the view from the community pool/patio is gorgeous. HOWEVER, if you are looking to enjoy the pool or layout or if you are looking to be conveniently able to get to ANYTHING, this is not it. The property was not clean (dirty bed linens) & there was a suspicious black mold in the bathroom that were of significant concern. The property management company that owns this listing was responsive to my communication & concerns but ultimately it was a wonderful representative at Air BnB that helped us to resolve our issues & ultimately relocated to another property that suited our needs.

Additional rules
- In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will stay will be requested) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
