The apartment was so peaceful, clean and homely. The views from the living area are stunning looking right onto the lake! The area blevio is a quiet town and the locals are very friendly and helpful! The apartment is very modern and has all the appliances you would need! The apartment was spotless and we throughly enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Gorgeous view. Wonderful access to the pool. Quiet. 10 min drive to Como. Two different pillows per person was nice. Cons: No screens on windows/doors, so mosquitos got us good. Bed was ok (memory foam). I’d give this place a 4 stars if the bathroom didn’t have mold on the ceiling and in the shower. The area is humid, so I understand, but seems it should be remodeled or cleaned up for the price we paid.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
