Stunning property with the 4-side amazing views, super spacious, very nicely decorated, with a beautiful balcony, good bed linen, white and fresh, comfortable beds, new towels, powerful shower, excellent communication including sorting out the little problem we had. On the downside - stains on some walls and the toilet needs better cleaning to get rid of smell. The numerous cushions needs refreshing, otherwise they are no use and just a clutter.

My wife and I traveled to Lake Como for the first time from America, we wanted everything it had to offer without being overwhelmed by packed streets. Lenno was 1000% the perfect town, and this apartment the perfect place. Extremely easy check in, beautifully furnished and all of the practical inclusions. The air conditioning was extremely effective and I loved waking up and using the remote for the skylight to let the sun in. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony overlooking the Lake on the super quiet mornings and being within walking distance to everything in town. We cannot recommend this place enough, if that’s the experience you’re looking for then go no farther.

Beautiful accommodation, fabulous location and very nice views But I stayed for more than 13 hours without electricity No one came to help me I rang the bell of one of the neighbors to help me!!! This is the only problem They could have written that the guest cannot enjoy all the electrical appliances at once So when you use the kettle and the iron You can't use the air conditioning or the oven with it! But this is a default by the host And thank you.

Clean, smartly decorated, spacious place with nice light and a view of the lake from the balcony. Comfortable and everything worked. Good value in the location compared to hotels we were looking at. Would stay again.

This airbnb ended up being a bit overpriced for what you're getting. I paid close to $4500 USD for 6 days and the primary bedrm with the ensuite bathroom left much to be desired. The bathrm ceiling is on a slant so you have to tilt your head a bit every time you went from the toilet to the sink. Not ideal for anyone tall. The shelving in there appears like a storage closet instead of a bathrm and doesn't make for a pleasant primary bathrm experience. There are exposed cleaning solutions and an exposed washing machine sitting in this bathroom. Also the shower looks like a makeshift standing shower with an accordion door. The living room is quite large and feels nice and open. The best part of this Airbnb is the outdoor deck which has a nice (albeit distant) view of the lake. As you enter the space, there are stairs - take note for luggage. You have to pass neighbors with a messy yard in order to enter the place. It's a decent place but certainly not one I would have paid this much for.

I have stayed at several Airbnbs but this one stands out as my absolute favourite. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. It is spacious and well decorated. The patio was large and had a couch, chairs and a table to eat, with a pretty view. Big, comfortable beds and sky lights in the rooms brought in so much natural light. Air conditioning units in each room kept it the perfect temperature. Location was great with just a 5 minute walk down to the water. It was truly perfection and I only wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment was beautiful and very clean just like the pictures. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and just few minutes away on foot from villa del balbianello. Our host was very helpful and responsive. The neighbors were also very kind and helped us with fixing our car.🙏🏻 Overall, very nice experience.

We had a lovely stay - everything was very professionally and easily organised (even though we booked only two weeks in advance!). Lenno was a great location to get around the lake, and there were some lovely restaurants nearby for the evening. We didn’t have a car and found everything pretty walkable / with ferries. We got a bit of a fright from some neighbours’ dogs barking when we first arrived but they were harmless and kept within their fences! The house was well stocked with all the essentials that we needed and looked just like it appears in the photos. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lenno's Serendipity apartment is probably one of the most beautiful stays ever made in Lake Como. We travel a lot for work and always look for ideal solutions both in terms of design and comfort, but also close to restaurants etc. and this property is really perfect. It has all the best features! A new apartment, tastefully furnished, beautiful view, air conditioning in all rooms and very convenient parking. We will definitely be back!
