A modern and stylish apartment located on the 7th floor of a brand new building. The apartment is well-equipped and perfect for up to 4 guests.

The space

Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a spacious living room and kitchen area, complete with modern appliances including an oven, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a large fridge. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it perfect for preparing and enjoying meals made at home.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a fold-up double bed, which is perfect for a child, and a working space with a desk. The other double bedroom has a balcony with a view of the Castello Baradello, and it also features an en suite bathroom with a shower.
The second bathroom also features a shower, as well as a washing machine. Our guests will also find an iron and other essentials for their convenience.
Lastly, there's another bigger terrace which offers a great space for soaking up some sun or enjoying an evening drink.

Guest access

The property is generally accessible for people with some mobility issues, though not adapted for permanent wheelchair users. There is an elevator in the building and no steps. If you have specific questions, send us a message.
There is one assigned parking space.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment. The place is extremely clean, well-equipped, and even better in reality than in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and the people in the building are very respectful. Everything we needed was available, and the apartment was perfect for our stay. The host was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process, and the communication was excellent. I will definitely book this place again on my next visit to Como. Highly recommended!

It was a large apartment, great location, it was walking distance from the lake, and there is a nearby supermarket, kitchen fully equipped, the host was very responsive and friendly.
