The space
Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a spacious living room and kitchen area, complete with modern appliances including an oven, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a large fridge. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it perfect for preparing and enjoying meals made at home.The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a fold-up double bed, which is perfect for a child, and a working space with a desk. The other double bedroom has a balcony with a view of the Castello Baradello, and it also features an en suite bathroom with a shower.
The second bathroom also features a shower, as well as a washing machine. Our guests will also find an iron and other essentials for their convenience.
Lastly, there's another bigger terrace which offers a great space for soaking up some sun or enjoying an evening drink.
Guest access
The property is generally accessible for people with some mobility issues, though not adapted for permanent wheelchair users. There is an elevator in the building and no steps. If you have specific questions, send us a message.There is one assigned parking space.

We arrived with a toddler and thus had enough space for our little family. Arrival was very easy including parking (assigned parking space) in front of the house. The apartment per se offers everything you need for a stay in Como. The center is a few minutes' walk away, where you can meet many bars and restaurants - including right next to the house. Restaurants can be found. All in all, we were very satisfied and are happy to recommend the apartment.

This apartment was a great stay in a brand-new building and very clean. Easy to walk to the main streets of Como and to the waterfront from this location, which made it a great hub for our trip. The only area of improvement would be the motion sensors in the bedrooms which lit up the room every time you shifted in bed. This may be a standard for the building and not the owner’s fault, but it was a very minor annoyance while trying to sleep. Overall a wonderful apartment that we would highly recommend!

In order to speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form which is sent via e-mail along with the booking confirmation. In this property, it is mandatory to separate the garbage. Recycling laws are strict in Italy.

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
