"Spina Verde" is a comfortable and homey small flat located in the upper part of Como. From the big furnished terrace of this quiet flat you can enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding green hills. The terrace is an ideal place where you can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner or sip a drink at the sunset. The big French doors giving onto the terrace bring a lot of light into the flat.

The space

The flat is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 guests. There are a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, an open space incluging living room and kitchenette. The former features a sofa bed, a table with chairs and a flat TV screen. The latter features a nice and functional furniture in red colour and is equipped with all appliances you need – toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, oven, fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, etc. There is a bathroom with washing mashing and tub with shower.
For your comfort there are free WIFI and other appliances such as hairdryer, hoover, iron, etc. Electric shutters and air conditioning will allow you to keep the flat cool even when it is scorching outside.

Guest access

The apartment is on the third floor and there is a lift in the condominium.
The property has a private parking and there is free parking also in the open space just outside the gate of the property. Moreover, there is a supermarket just opposite the road where there is free parking as well.

very nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4. Secure basement garage. Well located for visiting Lake Como. Moderately nice neighborhood because it is off-center but we chose it to be able to park easily. supermarket just opposite which is convenient. Not the best view from the terrace.

A nice, clean, and bright apartment with a large terrace and a great location—close to bus stops and a grocery store. A few everyday essentials were missing, such as a cutting board, but overall the stay was very comfortable. Recommend!"

It was five incredible days. The place is beautiful, very well located to rest, with everything you need and more. Everything is very clean and within the apartment you will find everything you need to have a great time: thank you very much for making my stadium in Como something perfect.

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
