"Spina Verde" is a comfortable and homey small flat located in the upper part of Como. From the big furnished terrace of this quiet flat you can enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding green hills. The terrace is an ideal place where you can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner or sip a drink at the sunset. The big French doors giving onto the terrace bring a lot of light into the flat.
For your comfort there are free WIFI and other appliances such as hairdryer, hoover, iron, etc. Electric shutters and air conditioning will allow you to keep the flat cool even when it is scorching outside.
The property has a private parking and there is free parking also in the open space just outside the gate of the property. Moreover, there is a supermarket just opposite the road where there is free parking as well.
Baby beds are available at an extra cost.
Extra cleaning and linen are available at an additional cost.

The space
The flat is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 guests. There are a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, an open space incluging living room and kitchenette. The former features a sofa bed, a table with chairs and a flat TV screen. The latter features a nice and functional furniture in red colour and is equipped with all appliances you need – toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, oven, fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, etc. There is a bathroom with washing mashing and tub with shower.For your comfort there are free WIFI and other appliances such as hairdryer, hoover, iron, etc. Electric shutters and air conditioning will allow you to keep the flat cool even when it is scorching outside.

The apartment is on the third floor and there is a lift in the condominium.The property has a private parking and there is free parking also in the open space just outside the gate of the property. Moreover, there is a supermarket just opposite the road where there is free parking as well.

It was five amazing days. The place is beautiful, very conveniently located to rest, with everything you need and more. Everything is very clean and inside the apartment you will find everything you need to have a great time: thank you all very much for making my stay in Como perfect.

The apartment was very nice, big and clean. The balcony is very large and has a beautiful view and is in the sun all day. Washing machine with washing pods was a big plus! Unfortunately, there are few restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so you have to drive. Otherwise very quiet and pleasant. Private underground parking with lockable gate was great! Check-in instructions were very precise and easy to understand. We had a very nice stay!

Additional rules
• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
