I recently stayed at this lovely apartment in the historic area of Como, and it was an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the old town, just steps away from charming shops, restaurants, and everything you might need. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. One of the biggest perks was the free car parking, which is a huge bonus in such a central area. It made our stay so much more convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Como

Impeccable and very clean apartment, nothing to say. All services are fully functioning and modern and the environment is comfortable and welcoming. great location, it's right in the center of Como. Parking not in the structure but a 12-minute walk away, which made it difficult to check in.

The place was just like in the pictures, absolutely gorgeous, everything was super clean and smelled well, new furniture and the quality of everything is just top notch! Location of the apartment is absolutely amazing, lots of restaurants and places to go to in walking distance, private parking was a big help and it's really close to the apartment. Host was absolutely amazing, responded to our request quickly and was always helpful. Absolutely would come back to this exact apartment when i'm back in Como.

Additional rules
- In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will stay will be requested) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
