Tiny Blue has a single living-night area, furnished with a comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a double bed. Lovely little flat with a balcony, had all that we needed. Location was great, a short walk to the main town. Bed was a sofa bed which was ok for the first few nights but did get uncomfortable by the 4th and 5th nights. Probably best for shorter stays!

Overall a great experience. We were only there for two nights so we didn't use the kitchen but it looked well stocked and clean. We had no problem with warm water, the towels provided were also quite big which is nice. The only issue was the fact that we only got one duvet cover to sleep under for two people. Not a big deal though since the nights were quite warm and it was such a short stay. A decent location, not too far from the lake and relatively peaceful. Would recommend :)

We spent 5 days in Como. The apartment is small but sufficient for 2 and rather well located (within a 10-minute walk from the lake). The bed, once unfolded, takes up a lot of space and the mattress was not super comfortable. The superb view from the balcony of the basilica makes up for it! The kitchen equipment is sufficient but basic. It should be noted that the one-way street is quite noisy. Even if the instructions were clear, receiving the keys requires a little organisation. Finally, air conditioning in the middle of August was welcome!

PLEASE NOTE! The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Viale Felice Cavallotti 2a, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the collection point by 10:00 a.m. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the collection point, a sum of €50 will be requested.

Property Manager Terms

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
