This beautiful and modern 1 bedroom apartment has been built and finished to a very high standard. The building entrance has a wide sloped hall way leading to the lift. The apartment is located on the first floor. The front door opens into a good size, bright open plan living area. There is a fully equipped and quality designed kitchen with full oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and all cooking equipment. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.The corridor leads down to the back of the apartment. The first on the left is a quality bathroom with walk-in shower. Then next to the bathroom is the main bedroom has been tastefully decorated to give a relaxing feel. There is a double bed with side table and lamps and a large built in wardrobes.This apartment has a nice south facing balcony which over looks a great Spanish style street. The location of this apartment is excellent! Only 75metres from the beach, 100 metres from the high street shops and surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants.

Accommodation was easy and pleasant. The location was excellent, with public transport stops nearby. And the property was in excellent condition.

Great apartment one street back from the beach. Close to everything. Apartment itself was comfortable with everything you need for a short or long stay. Would stay here again if in Los Boliches.
