Step back in time and experience the charm of Como's historical centre with a stay at “Centro Storico”. Located on the main street just steps away from the iconic Duomo, this apartment offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and old-world charm.

The space

The apartment can accommodate 4 guests. There is a lift-up double bed in the living area and a separate double bedroom. Take in the street view from one of the three little balconies or relax by the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and a Nespresso machine. There is also a storage room with a washing machine and other utilities. The bathroom features a shower.

Guest access

Enjoy the convenience of an elevator to reach the second-floor apartment. Please note that the property is not wheelchair accessible.
The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest parking is available in Viale Lecco, about 400 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

This place was great! Very central and close to everything restaurants, public transport and city sights. Our booking was made at the eleventh hour and our hosts were super helpful, communication was easy and the checkin process was very good. The lift for luggage was very handy. Water and coffee was provided which made the stay was very comfortable.

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
