The space
The apartment can accommodate up to three people. It features one double bedroom, one single bedroom, a living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a hood, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc., and a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a portable air conditioner, and free wi-fi is available.Guest access
The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs, as there is no lift.There is no private parking, but you can park your car within the blue stripes in Via Rezzonico or in nearby Viale Lecco though. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. You can pay at the machine and get the ticket, or use the "EasyPark" app. There are also paid parking garages in the city: “VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, “JASCA” in Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, and “TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

The place is very centrally located, its just a few minutes walking distance from Como city center, and close to the lake too. Its bright and nicely furnished. The bed is big and comfy. The host (an agency) is friendly and very responsive. We would have felt more at home if we had found some basics in the kitchen (as stated there would be in the ad) like salt, olive oil or enough coffee for two cups. We didnt find any of that unfortunately so we had to go out late in the evening to buy those things when we had already started cooking. Also the kitchen could be a little better equipped, for example we were missing a second medium sized or big pot. We didnt want use the pans any more as they were too scratched.

The place is very bright and clean and the location is excellent in walkable distance to the center but still very quite. The host was very responsive, friendly and supportive. Unfortunately the shower drain was clocked and wasn‘t adequately repaired during our 5 days stay. The second bed in the smaller bedroom is too small for an adult, even for a short person like me. It would work well I guess for a couple with one little child. This was disappointing, as we wanted to have two separate beds.

The apartment is very well located, and you can tell it has been freshly renovated and adequately furnished. It is very close to everything, super clean, and comfortable. We had a small inconvenience with the WiFi because the one supplied didn’t work at all, and it was something we really needed given that it is a necessary tool for remote work. Although it was not a good experience on the first day, the company was very responsive and provided us with a new and better internet router the next day, which we really appreciated. The only thing we found very inconvenient was the fact that the keys had to be picked up at a different location. We were informed about this on the day of our arrival and only noticed the message once we were at the door with our luggage, so we had to walk again to get the keys.

Additional rules
• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Property Manager Terms
- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
