The space
This house is the perfect getaway place for a group of four or five but also for a couple looking for a romantic experience. On the first level, there is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (without a shower) and a second bathroom.On the second level, there is the living room with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen.
In the mezzanine above, there is a single fold-down bed for an extra guest.
Due to the structure of the house, it is not advisable for those traveling with toddlers.
Guest access
There are stairs in the house connecting the first two levels and a steep ladder that goes to the mezzanine. Mobility is required also to walk to the center of the town which lies on a hill.Free private parking is available, and it is suitable for mid-sized cars. Alternatively, there is free street parking in the neighborhood.

In this property, pets are allowed upon request and at an additional cost to ensure an allergy-free cleaning.Baby beds are available at an extra cost.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home overlooking Lake Como. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking — from the soft morning mist to golden sunsets over the water, every moment felt like a dream. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic escape with that wow factor — this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
