This house is the perfect getaway place for a group of four or five but also for a couple looking for a romantic experience. On the first level, there is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (without a shower) and a second bathroom.On the second level, there is the living room with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen.

There are stairs in the house connecting the first two levels and a steep ladder that goes to the mezzanine. We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home overlooking Lake Como. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking — from the soft morning mist to golden sunsets over the water, every moment felt like a dream. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic escape with that wow factor — this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
