“Casa Panoramica” is a truly unique and vintage apartment that will transport you back in time.
As you enter, you'll be surrounded by antique furniture, old printings, paintings, and a collection of fascinating artifacts. This apartment is a true museum-like experience, perfect for art and history enthusiasts. What is more, the terrace offers magnificent views of Lake Como.

The space

The apartment can accommodate 4 guests. The master bedroom is elegantly decorated and features a double bed. In addition, there is a separate bedroom (suitable for a child) and a sofa bed.
The highlight of the apartment is the living area. Incredibly spacious and well-rounded, it features paintings, printings, carpets, plates, and various decorations that contribute to its unique ambiance. A golden chandelier adds an elegant touch. The living room opens up to a terrace that offers views of the lake, mountains, and the Faro Voltiano lighthouse. You can watch the funicular going up to Brunate and the ferries traversing the lake. Additionally, there is a second terrace, allowing you to enjoy the picturesque surroundings from different vantage points.
The kitchen provides a fair mix of antique and ethnic elements, creating an atmosphere that blends the old world with the exotic. Nevertheless, it is equipped with modern amenities such as an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and kettle.
There are two bathrooms with shower. For our guests' convenience, a separate laundry room is available.

Guest access

Although not particularly busy, the last stretch of road leading to the property is somewhat steep and has a few bends. We therefore recommend driving with caution, paying attention to any oncoming vehicles - the same applies for the times you will be driving downhill. The apartment is on a high ground floor with some steps to take.
A private parking garage is available for one car.

The location at first appears up the hill a bit but once you walk down you realize how close the lake is and all the wonderful cafes & restaurants and the main square. Taxis can also get you home if you do not want to walk back up the hill. Only tricky part was learning how to park and enter their driveway due to the chain activation once you get close and the laser kicks in. But the parking was perfect after that. Beautiful view and deck and nice neighbors. The smart tv with Netflix was a plus 😊 For sure this is worth your money and a nice place to stay at

Such a beautiful home on a hill overlooking the lake. Challenging walk from the town centre but worth it for the views and peacefulness. A great experience.

Aside from the extra step to get check in instructions all was great! The key was a bit difficult to open the door, but was able to open. Beautiful home with great view!

• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.

Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
