Good location and great view of the cathedral, basically clean, quiet and functional apartment, concrete instructions for key collection, waste separation, etc. and good tips for the region from the management, interior is getting on in years, kitchen utensils and dishes/cutlery are scarce.

The place was spacious and in a decent location. However the apartment got extremely hot since there was only one ac unit for the whole living space and kitchen (which is all in separate enclosed rooms) and one in the master bedroom. The other rooms had no ac at night. Additionally the beds were super uncomfortable and between that and the heat we couldn’t sleep at night. The apartment was big though which was a nice part.

Excellent location. We had a great time in Como and the flat was extremely close to the city so it made it a great spot to do all sorts of activities. You have a great view from and fresh air from the flat. Would definitely stay again.

The location is good & the apartment is spacious. However, it got very cold at night which is not very great with a baby. Also, no parking space is part of the apartment, which is why we had to pay 25.00 euros per car per day, which you have to expect. Unfortunately, it is also difficult to find a parking space, sometimes we searched for over an hour. Value was therefore pretty bad.

The apartment is right next to the old town. Quiet area and likeable residential building with great views of the cathedral. Although you feel transported back a few years, the apartment is impeccable. And as a vintage lover, you'll feel right at home here. There were three of us and had more than enough room. We can highly recommend this apartment.

This was a very last minute booking as our apartment in Cernobbio was not at all what we expected and had to find a place to go for 2 nights. We found this listing and Staff was very quick to respond and get us in the apartment early morning. Place was clean and location was great.

The unit was great. My wife and I shared this large space to ourselves. It was walking distance to the shops and dining of Como. We also had a spectacular view of the Cathedral which lights up at night. It was a quick walk from the train station which we took from and to the Airport. The hosts were extremely friendly and responded quickly. We would highly recommend them again for a future trip to Lake Como.

This is a lovely, large apartment. We stayed for 3 nights with our 3 adult children. The apartment is very well-maintained and has beautiful floors, cabinets etc. It is near the main tourist section. Great location. We walked there from one nearby train station and left via a different station that was a 20 minute walk.

We had such a lovely stay in this Airbnb. It was located in a perfect place to explore and get around the city. Easy walk to the lake and shops. The views out the windows are spectacular and we really enjoyed the little porches off of almost every room. It was very spacious for our family of 5. The 2 year old was rather fascinated by the extensive music collection so we had to keep her occupied elsewhere and all of the adults enjoyed the music. The 5 year old had a really lovely time and enjoyed playing with his toys in the large family room. Would return again!

We loved our stay in Como -- five people (two couples) comfortably fit inside for a wedding weekend. Main square just a five-minute walk away, the lake a ten-minute walk away. And we got a kick out of the opera CDs setting the vibe on the very nice sound system!

We had a great stay in Como! The airbnb is in a great location and has stunning views of the town from the various balconies in the apartment. Communication was quick and clear from the hosts and they were very accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend staying here.

Nice large apartment and very secure. It was very functional for our family of 6. We staying in August durning some hot weather. The unit has 2 air conditioners, but those could not cool the entire unit, so It was a little warmer than we would like, but still much better than no air conditioning. One evening cooler weather came through and we opened the windows on the 3 sides of the unit and had a great breeze coming through the unit. Furnishings were older, but in good condition.

We had 2 lovely holiday weeks in Como. Check-in was a bit bumpy, as I didn't get an email. We called on site and then the email with the check-in data also came immediately. The apartment is beautiful, the decor is a bit outdated, but completely okay. Kitchen and furnishings are a bit sparse. A cutting board and a few blunt knives as well as only 1 wine glass is a little bit. Considering that the apartment is oriented to up to 5 people, and there were three of us. Also a second pair of keys would have been nice, but it was also possible. The location is great, in the middle of Como and beautiful views of the cathedral and the whole place. In the village of Como, the water quality from the lake is not good, so we had to drive further and further away for swimming. But you can't have it all. The train to Milan takes you only 1 hour and the tickets are cheap. Overall, we felt comfortable and had a nice time in Bella Italia.

Fantastic location. Great hosts overall. Very easy to communicate with. A/C only in living room and main bedroom. Other 2 bedrooms didn’t have A/C but there were fans to use.

My friend, Dan, and I stayed at My Home in Como for 3 nights and we thought the apartment was fantastic! It is extremely spacious, very comfortable, perfect for two friends sharing a spot with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, quite and the view of the Duomo and downtown Como just awesome! It was such a great place to work from home and then very, very easily and quickly get in to Como old town (5 minute walk) during lunch - or other - breaks and in the evenings. The team at My Home in Como were excellent with communication - very responsive and helpful - and they checked in on us after our first day to make sure that everything was ok. They also let us have a late check out because they didn't have a new renter arriving that day and this made it so much easier for us to explore Como (we took the funicular up the hill and really enjoyed it) on our last day. This is a 5 star place with 5 star service and I'd be very happy to stay there again the next time I'm in Como.

The floor of the accommodation was not clean, in addition, there was a large water damage in the living room, even mold on the walls. The key didn't work on the first door. The rest of the apartment waf very good. The apartment was very spacious.

Travelled as a group of 5 and the place was amazing. The views from each room were stunning and Marie was a great help! Location was perfect. A great amount of space for our group loved the big dining room for when we cooked dinner. Highly recommend!

The apartment is nothing short of perfect. Well-maintained, clean, in the heart of downtown. A few steps from the lake and the central areas of most interest. Spacious house that hosted us 6 without any problems. Beautiful kitchen and two spacious and comfortable bathrooms. Paid street parking found without any problems even if it was New Year's Eve. Accurate and available hosts. Definitely coming back!!

This is a spacious, clean and well equipped apartment with beautiful views. There was plenty of room for two couples and two small children. The location is ideal as it is so near the centre of town and the coffee shop on the corner was much visited. The WiFi and heating were good and we were grateful for the extension to the checkout time to enable the baby to have her morning sleep.

Centrally located 3BR 2 bath on 6th floor of new building. Large unit with tasteful appointments, nice beds, three balconies, W, good WiFi, AC, good tv, no MW. Nicer than photos. Spotless. Easy walk to old town, trains, bus, shopping and groceries. Excellent service and checkin by Marie. Top rating for this rental! Would stay again.

Excellent location in downtown Como near the Cathedral. Easy access to everything, and had enough room for the four of us. Of note, there is no hot water early in the morning (I showered around 5am one morning to go to the airport), so that is a bit challenging for early risers or those that have an early start to their next destination. Air conditioning is helpful, but undersized for the space and only available in the living room and master bedroom. All in all a great place, but a few upgrades would make it all the better.

It is really the lovely apartment. The location is so good that you can walk to the church,the lake and a lot of shops. in minutes. The apartment is very clean and quiet. I believe I will choose this one again for my next trip in Como.

A big thank you to Betty for her kindness and smile!! The hospitality went smoothly. The apartment is great and very functional. Loved our stay! The view is splendid. Only downside: no possibility of private parking while the listing said "Possibility of private paid garage." and the building does have a garage in the basement (access ramp) => We had to park on the street (Rate 23 Euros/day, paying 7 days a week same day holiday, 8am-8pm) We were lucky because we found a space in front of the building (park in Como looks very hard) if not only solution: private underground parking. Info to consider in the overall price.

Betty has been an excellent host. Betty was very comunicative and organised the check in and check out swiftly. Gave us a lot of tips for local amenities too. Only note, warm water comes in only after 6:00 AM as are condominium rules I presume. In any case, excellent value for the money can only recommend, beautiful clean place with a great view of the cathedral of Como! Stunning !

Apartment very pleasant, bright, spacious, with a very nice view. Ideally located near the city center and the lake, everything is on foot! Small shops and a very nice coffee shop just downstairs from the building. Marie's welcome was warm and considerate. We strongly recommend this place!
