Casa Fortuna is a spacious and very bright house located in Argegno, one of the most charming towns on Lake Como. The house is spread over two floors and offers a modern and comfortable environment, ideal for families or groups of friends, perfect for those who want a vacation with all the necessary comforts. Its large terrace and balconies offer an incredible view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

this place is beautiful! the view of lake como is amazing and what a nice surprise to see a river going right outside of the apartment. the house is well designed, comfortable beds. the host was welcoming, she showed us and explained everything and she was very responsive and helping with information. the ferry stop is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and 2 minutes walk there's a small grocery shop. I really recommend this place😊

PLEASE NOTE! - To access the property, you will need: - Fill in the online check-in form (where you will be asked for photographs of the passports of ALL members who will be staying). - Sign the lease for tourist use. - Make a quick video call where all guests staying will have to show their IDs again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the structure. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY IN ORDER TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For CHECK-IN after 7:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorised), an additional sum will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an unsuitable state, an additional sum will be requested due to overtime for cleaning.
