Casa Fortuna is a spacious and very bright house located in Argegno, one of the most charming towns on Lake Como. The house is spread over two floors and offers a modern and comfortable environment, ideal for families or groups of friends, perfect for those who want a vacation with all the necessary comforts. Its large terrace and balconies offer an incredible view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

The space

Casa Fortuna features a large living room with TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed to prepare your favorite meals. The house includes 3 double bedrooms (2 of them in the upper floor equipped with air conditioning) and 3 full bathrooms (2 with a bathtub and 1 with a shower), accommodating up to 6 people.

Casa Fortuna is located in the heart of Argegno. Several stairs must be climbed to reach the spectacular view offered by the house.

I found the home itself excellent. The area is charming and intimate. The local business community is very hospitable and came to know us in just a few days. After the hustle and bustle of visiting all of the other towns around the lake it was nice to return home to this quaint little town and its residents. The one and only challenge was staying in the top unit. The stairs are not for everyone especially with larger pieces of luggage. Luckily we are still in shape enough that we handled it. Our host did help. All in all an excellent experience.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Vanessa was easy to communicate with and very helpful. If any questions came up, she was quick to respond. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. The views from our windows and terrace were so beautiful. We also loved all the restaurants and stores within walking distance. Argegno was a wonderful place to visit, we hope to come back and stay here again!

• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
