The flat is as described, very clean, and the outdoor area and the large garage are real plus points. As mentioned in the previous comments, access to the residence is very steep, but no particular problem. Communication with the host was excellent. The only minor negative point we would have to mention concerns the soundproofing, with the flat directly above. Otherwise, everything was perfect in every respect; the view is stunning, and the surrounding area is very pleasant. At the same time, I would like to recommend the Briisa De Ness restaurant, which is just a 5-minute walk away.

A truly cosy apartment with a lovely big balcony and absolutely stunning views of both the lake and the mountains — easily the highlight of the stay. Sitting outside with that scenery never gets old. The place itself is comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Now, a special mention for the parking access: a solid 10/10 if you’re an experienced driver who enjoys a good challenge. Think precision steering, confidence, and a little adrenaline — very rewarding once mastered 😄 Overall, a great stay with incredible views and character. Would definitely recommend (especially to drivers who like to test their skills).

it's good apartment clean and well furnished, the issue is the roads are very narrow(I guess for most of the area and the entrance from gait to garage is very very steep(you have to be excellent driver) the out side area not very private (exposed from the people living above you and the near by street)

Absolutely beautiful location, great layout, great parking, but not for the fait hearted, as it is steep. Only downsides are 1 AC unit in the living room, did not work, 1 room had a fan and other room had no cooling at all, bit sad when it was advertised with AC. Then we were unlucky with the people above, they waked us up 6 times the first night.

Everything was perfect. As was published. The cleaning lady had to tell us how to open the gate and leave the complex because it has a very steep climb at the entrance.

We had spent four relaxing days in Nesso. The place was very clean, quiet, with a sunny terrace and beautiful views. The accommodation had everything you need for a short stay. In the village there are three small shops that we could reach on foot. Some bars and restaurants are also available in the village. Communication with MyHome went smoothly. It was quick to respond to our messages. Only the check-in was a bit cumbersome, as we only had to travel to Como to register in the MyHome office. There, we were provided online with pictorial instructions on where the key box with the keys is. But check-out was very easy. We can definitely recommend the place.

Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay at MyHome. Easily the best place we stayed during our time in Como. The thing that drew me most to this Air BnB was the view of Como. We happened to arrive on the rainiest day, so the view was obstructed by the rain, clouds and fog, but the place was very cosy and even made that day pretty special. The next day we woke up to a beautiful sunny day and a magnificent view which can be seen as soon as you wake up from the bed. The instructions for getting there and entering the place was very easy to figure out. The communication was fast and responsive. There's a few bars and restaurants very close by, so you don't have to make the drive to Bellagio or Como if you don't feel like driving 25mins or so. All in all a great stay at MyHome. A+ and would stay here again.

Everything was as described. A really great place to stay at. Very clean and everything you need is available. The view of the lake was truly indescribable. We felt at home from the beginning. The contact with our hosts was also always easy and straightforward. We would always choose this place and were certainly not there for the last time.

Higly recommend this place if you want to have spacious, cozy and clean house. located at betwen Como and Belagio, which means very accessible from the house to Comp and Belagio only around 30 min. Feedback from the host was quick and helpful ! Definetly recommend this place! Never regret!

Beautiful apartment, clean and roomy. Amazing view. Away from tourist spots and at the same time not too far from Bellagio. Good communication with My Home In Como. A few downsides: - it was cold when we arrived (but it was fixed remotely very quickly) - very very steep slope to access the accommodation; it is almost impossible not to scrap the front of the car - as said in other reviews, there is a dog with neighbors barking early in the morning (before 7am, not every day) - lock sometimes a little fickle

This place has stunning views and has a good amount of space. I would caution that if you do not have a vehicle, be sure to arrive in the daylight. The walk from the bus stop is along a major road and was not ideal to do at night. It was the off season so many of the restaraunts were closed, just something to check and plan for so you can make sure you can have food available. Easy access to the bus route to explore Bellaggio and other towns on the lake. Would stay here again!

Awesome apartment! Well equipped, spacious, comfortable furniture, very comfortable beds, wifi worked well. The view is to die for and at times it gets so quiet and peaceful its surreal. Lots of exclusive use space. Wonderful to have all your meals on your own patio under a large umbrella and overlooking the lake. I did not find the driveway as challenging as some reported - it was wide enough to easily drive it and although it is on the steep side, we've encountered steeper roads than this (I suspect when it is wet it will probably be more intimidating though). And to make up, the garage is really spacious (very wide). Communication was really good, with excellent response time and very good arrival instructions. The only annoyance was the occasional barking of a dog from a neighboring property, which the owners make little effort to control. This was not a big enough issue for us to downgrade the property's rating and if we return to lake Como, we will definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Nesso surpassed all expectations. The place boasted a beautiful design, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and creating an elegant yet cozy ambiance. We were pleasantly surprised to find all the necessary items for everyday life readily available. The highlight was the expansive deck offering breathtaking views that left us in awe. Additionally, the host's assistance during checkout, especially when it came to navigating the taxi situation, was immensely helpful.

Good apartment, renovated building, ok decor, equipped kitchen (only sugar and a roll of paper towels), spacious garage space (despite the tight path) and beautiful view. You need to improve the cleanliness (the floor was very dirty), let the guest control the room heater and better explain the operation of the electronic gate of the car entrance. There was a heater dripping water as well.

Beautiful apt with an amazing view. Sitting on the deck with a spritz never got old. The apt is super clean equipped with everything you need. We definitely used the car to get to all the places we wanted to visit, so the garage was wonderful as parking in the area is super limited.

A very comfortable and well-equipped apartment, with pleasing modern furniture, with a balcony and connected large terrace. The views over the lake are to die for! The My Home in Como management team, and the owner, Fiona, were great and quick to communicate with, and responded rapidly when the fridge failed after a severe thunderstorm, and also when we accidentally locked the keys inside the garage! We felt very comfortable and secure, and we highly recommend the apartment.

Accommodation according to the photos, new, clean, well-equipped with magnificent views of Lake Como, its big highlight! Very comfortable bedding, large and very nice parking but very complicated access, the slope is extremely steep, the underbody of our car scrapped despite our precautions, I found the access personally dangerous, but I am not necessarily a reference. Water heater problem on arrival, no hot water or heating and only 15° on the thermostat. Problem resolved after a few setbacks 2 hours after around 10pm with the help of the agency and a neighbor ( thank you). My spouse had to drain the radiator himself at 9:30 pm to regulate the pressure, we were with a 4-month-old baby, a lot of stress related to these arrival conditions. The neighbor below has a dog barking all the time, he woke us up 3 mornings right at 6am as well as our baby....it's very early for a vacation, too bad it was cute on board, but it spoils the tranquility of the place. Beautiful large terrace with good deckchairs. The shower is very difficult to access because very small and does not open to the outside, thankfully you can take a small shower in the bathtub. Contrary to what is noted in the listing description there was no coffee. Other than that, the setting is very beautiful, the village is full of charm and all with stairs and stone. Very nice hike to do absolutely from the apartment. Only 20min from Bellagio, and 30min from Como.

Such an amazing rental spot. Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and our one year old child. The hosts were very responsive to questions we had. One of my favourite Airbnb views of all time. We didn’t have wonderful weather and it was still beautiful to wake up to the lake everyday. The town of Nesso is also an adventure of itself. Walking distance to a restaurant, small grocery shop, and in town is a wonderful gelato spot with views of the waterfall and bridge down below. Highly recommend this spot! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a really nice short break at Casa Fiona. All the information and the photos were 100% consistent with the listing. The apartment is very cozy, tasteful and clean. And the view over the lake, which you can enjoy from the living room and also from one of the bedrooms, is simply wonderful. Communication with My Home In Como was completely uncomplicated. The town of Nesso itself is a peaceful village with two restaurants, one of which we visited (Restaurant Tre Rose): very authentic and delicious! From Como, it takes about 30 minutes to drive to Nesso on very narrow and winding roads. We highly recommend Casa Fiona!

Brand new apt, spacious, comfortable, and a terrific lake view on the private balcony full of cool breeze at night (not to forget the sky full of stars). Wonderful place for a quiet getaway.
