The space
Casa Fiona can host 4 guests. There are two double bedrooms and an equipped kitchen suited for easy cooking.The outdoor area offers both a relaxing garden area and a large terrace with a table and parasol for entertaining and organizing delicious open-air dinners. There is air conditioning in the living area.
Guest access
The road to Nesso is narrow and guests should note that it has many steep and cobbly stairs and narrow paths. The town is not really accessible for people with mobility issues or with baby strollers.Stairs have to be taken also to access the flat on the first floor.
There is a spacious private parking lock-up garage underneath the apartment.
For the guests' convenience, we suggest arriving by car. From the pier, there are boat rides to Como and other nearby lakeside towns. However, they don't run too often. Tickets can be bought on the Navigazione Laghi website. There is also a bus service operating from Como (line C32). The bus stop is located on the main road.
Other things to note
In this property, pets are not allowed.Baby beds are available at an extra cost.

Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay at MyHome. Easily the best place we stayed during our time in Como. The thing that drew me most to this Air BnB was the view of Como. We happened to arrive on the rainiest day, so the view was obstructed by the rain, clouds and fog, but the place was very cosy and even made that day pretty special. The next day we woke up to a beautiful sunny day and a magnificent view which can be seen as soon as you wake up from the bed. The instructions for getting there and entering the place was very easy to figure out. The communication was fast and responsive. There's a few bars and restaurants very close by, so you don't have to make the drive to Bellagio or Como if you don't feel like driving 25mins or so. All in all a great stay at MyHome. A+ and would stay here again.

Everything was as described. A really great place to stay at. Very clean and everything you need is available. The view of the lake was truly indescribable. We felt at home from the beginning. The contact with our hosts was also always easy and straightforward. We would always choose this place and were certainly not there for the last time.

Additional rules
• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
