The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a comfortable double bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen - induction cooktop, hood, dishwasher, etc., a living room with a sofa bed and a small balcony, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible with a lift.Upon request, you can take advantage of a private parking space within the property's courtyard at an additional cost of 20 euros per day. Alternatively, you can use on-street parking nearby. The nearest street parking is available in Viale Varese, about 200 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

Beautiful apartment located in a great location. The convenience of being able to get around on foot and easily get downtown is an added value. Excellent cleanliness and order of the apartment and very great availability of the host. I am very happy to have had the opportunity to take my pet on vacation too. Overall, I'm very happy to have found everything in the description on Airbnb.

Amazing apartment in a great location! We felt ourselves like locals. The apartment is fully equipped. We had the most comfortable pillows and bedding! All possible kitchen and laundry facilities are available that makes traveling experience even more convenient! It’s also a very charming and stylish flat. Thanks for kind communication and comfort! 😍

We had a lovely weekend staying here. The hosts are very responsive, even replying to my messages late in the evening and always kind and helpful. Good value for money. Not the most scenic part of Como, but the apartment is within easy waking distance from the centre of town and train station. The apartment was clean and well equipped - I would happily stay again.

The apartment location was great, 15 minutes or less of a walk from the lake front. Restaurants and shops all along the streets, including a huge market practically right outside on some weekday mornings. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, immediately getting back to us on arrival. The apartment was nice, clean and with a spaceous living area. Had all the cooking equipment and fridge space needed, and ammenities as described. They also provided umbrellas, which stood out to me as very thoughtful (and saved us big time during our stay). Como is beautiful, would highly recommend for a stay here.

Additional rules
In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
