"Vittoria Corner" is a cosy apartment located in the centre of Como, just outside the city walls and within walking distance of all the main landmarks and the lake. Recently renovated, this apartment is furnished in a modern style with a touch of vintage and decorations in light tones. Equipped with every comfort, this accommodation is a perfect solution for a couple or a family.

The space

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a comfortable double bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen - induction cooktop, hood, dishwasher, etc., a living room with a sofa bed and a small balcony, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also features air conditioning and free wi-fi.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible with a lift.
Upon request, you can take advantage of a private parking space within the property's courtyard at an additional cost of 20 euros per day. Alternatively, you can use on-street parking nearby. The nearest street parking is available in Viale Varese, about 200 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

Excellent location, a few steps from the centre. Outside the ZTL. Good communication, always attentive and quick response. I highly recommend it and would choose it again.

We were very happy with this apartment. The representatives have been very helpful and nice to deal with. They were also flexible with our check in and check out schedule. Quiet neighbourhood which suited our needs. Short walking distances to the lake and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment located in a great location. The convenience of being able to get around on foot and easily get downtown is an added value. Excellent cleanliness and order of the apartment and very great availability of the host. I am very happy to have had the opportunity to take my pet on vacation too. Overall, I'm very happy to have found everything in the description on Airbnb.

Amazing apartment in a great location! We felt ourselves like locals. The apartment is fully equipped. We had the most comfortable pillows and bedding! All possible kitchen and laundry facilities are available that makes traveling experience even more convenient! It’s also a very charming and stylish flat. Thanks for kind communication and comfort! 😍

The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Viale Felice Cavallotti 2a, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the collection point by 10:00 a.m. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the collection point, a sum of €50 will be requested.

Property Manager Terms

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
