A bright and spacious penthouse just outside Como city, with a large terrace and splendid views. An ideal location to observe the movement and enthusiasm of the city while maintaining your privacy!
There is one assigned parking space. Guests have reported that it is not suitable for a large car (the parking spot is big, but the road leading to it is narrow). It is also possible to park on the street around the building.
Baby beds are available at an extra cost.

The space
The two rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests: a double bedroom with an extra single bed that also acts as a sofa, and a private bathroom. The second room is equipped with a comfortable single bed, and the second bathroom has a bathtub. The living area is rich in natural light thanks to the large windows and perfectly organized with a double sofa, a bookcase, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. The large window door overlooks the outdoor terrace from which you can enjoy city views. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, with simple and linear blocks that focus on modern design for both finish and color – an ideal ally for delicious dinners, perhaps with a home chef!Guest access

Additional rules
In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Property Manager Terms
- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
