It has a great view, though the road leading to it is quite narrow, so a large car might not be suitable. We visited in August, and it was hot; the single air conditioning unit wasn't quite enough. However, the price was definitely worth it. The kitchen isn't fully equipped, but it has the main essentials. Overall, we had an enjoyable time."

The apartment was very clean and tidy, and all the important places were easy to reach. To this, despite being close to the main road in a quiet location. Gladly again :)

Wonderful, convenient and beautiful penthouse with large windows and a large terrace/balcony surrounding half the unit with views of Lake Como (approximately 15-minute drive). Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Como!

The apartment is conveniently located, unfortunately the parking in front of the apartment is not usable with a larger car. However, we have always found a parking space near. Unfortunately, the apartment was not particularly clean.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment as it was very nicely decorated and everything needed was available. Unfortunately, the house is located on a fairly busy street, so the beautiful roof terrace could not be used as often. The car ride to the parking lot of the house was a challenge every time as the paths are very narrow and it was very difficult to arrive with a larger car undamaged.

The apartment ist simply fantastic. We had such an amazing time. Uncomplicated check in and check out process, very clean and the view is just awesome. The location is perfect, close to the city of Como, depending on traffic, it's a 10 to 15 min drive. Private parking on the property worked also great for me. We had just the best time there and will definitely come back.

Very nice and big apartment Light and airy. Nice to have breakfast out on the balcony each morning, we used it as a hub for surrounding golf trip Was great for that Just make sure your hire car is on the smaller side as the pretty little streets leading to parking are quite tight

The view is great the furniture is white and comfortable, the living room has an Aircon and the bedrooms have fans. The host was accommodating during the hot weather in July and provided an extra fan. Need a car to reach Como as walking is not recommended, but supermarkets are nearby in Lipmo as well as good restaurants. During a good weather staying in the veranda is recommended. The WiFI was not fast enough for any activity.

My family and I want to thank Marie for taking care of our stay and comfort. The house is very clean, bright and spacious. Comfortable beds and plenty of blankets:) beautiful and cozy location, 7 minutes drive to the center of Como. Walk 3 minutes to the grocery store. Marie suggested places to visit for us, we were delighted!

The White Attic apartment is a rather new place, spacious and bright - just as the pictures describe it, even if the photos show some extra touches. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms - linens, towels, soap and toilet paper is provided. The kitchen has everything you need in order for making breakfast and even cooking. The parking space is big but the way to the spot is quite narrow - I opted for street parking and walking down the path, there are always spots available. Lipomo is about 10-15 minutes outside of Como, several supermarkets are close by, also restaurants. There is a big street below the apartment so you will hear some traffic and you will hear the church bells - none of which is bad. It is easy to drive into Como and park the car. When there, one should drive to Varenna which is absolutely beautiful and charming. Unfortunately the apartment was not as clean as we would have liked it however Marie offered to send someone. Also, the wifi didn’t work very well and reliably but again Marie quickly tried to find a solution, same when the coffee machine didn’t work anymore. Marie was always easy to reach, quickly answered and took action.

I made this reservation the day of my intended check-in and then promptly had to cancel for health reasons. I had the reservation for less than three hours, but the company still charged me a full fee. I was surprised by their lack of understanding and their insistence on keeping my money.

Great place beautiful house but the church bell ringing several times a day specially in the morning can be annoying. Lovely balcony with beautiful view to the mountains and a bit to the lake but the busy road can be a turn off if you are looking for a peaceful place. Great location close to Como city center.

The apartment was even better than we expected! Clean, comfortable and with great views of surrounding mountains and the Como Lake. The area itself is nice with a friendly local community, our kids especially enjoyed the nearby playground. Como town is just a 7 minute drive away. Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting the Como area.

The house has bright new decor. It was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The large living room has a nice view. The owners were friendly and also gave us parking.
