Mixed feelings about staying at the apartment. First of all, it’s nice and modern, nice view from the terrace, a bathtub, comfortable bed. But the check-in was not smooth at all, and there’s an issue with the electricity in the apartment, I had to run downstairs several times to turn the switcher on. For some reasons it shuts down, and it’s not connected with electric devices usage. Be careful with taxis from the station, their pricing is a nightmare.

10/10 stay!! Very comfortable apartment , includes all the appliances you could need with a breathtaking view from every room! Very close to como s Giovanni train station and is walkable as well. Be weary of the gradual incline and take the car route if you plan to walk to the bnb, not a walk for the elderly. Taxis can be difficult from the train station as many people are looking to get one as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to come back and stay!

Overall the place is nice and hosts were very kind, but I would not recommend you stay here as the location is VERY inconvenient without a car. If you’re visiting como, you should stay more central in the town. While true that it’s close to the train station, the route to get to the Airbnb requires a lot of walking around, uphill, and through a tunnel which was a surprise to us. We called to get a local taxi from the Airbnb to town (taxi recommended by the hosts) and no one wanted to pick us up at our location after several tries so we walked instead. There was no parking when we stayed (however the road had plenty if you had a car), no Nespresso pods, plus the pull out couch was VERY uncomfortable and sinks down on the bottom. Otherwise, the hosts were fantastic and provided great service! It’s a shame the location is not as central as we thought. Stay somewhere closer to town, or another village instead (Bellagio, Varenno by ferry were our favourite!).

• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
