We had a lovely stay here in Como. The guest book and instructions to the place with photos was extremely helpful. It was very comfortable and appreciated the air conditioning and laundry facilities on the floor. The coffee was very much appreciated too. It was great to have breakfast and a snack when needed. Perhaps some other basics like sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar would be helpful and kept for others to use. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep after our outings in Como. Towels provided were clean and fluffy too! There was also a safe to keep important items locked. Thank you for an amazing stay! I would definitely stay here again.

What an lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. It was quite spacious and comfortable with a great bath and kitchen. It's in an upscale block of apartments that was secure yet easy to access. Definitely recommend. More like an American style loft.

I would recommend to anyone. Apartment is modern and spacious with all essential amenities. Has two aircon units in which are indispensable during summer. Conveniently located around great restaurants and shops. You can get to the lake in about 5 minutes. Great value.

Honestly would come back! Super responsive host & lovely place to stay in Como as everything is nearby and walking distance. The bus station and train station are both so close by so easy to get to other cities too. Also the host provides a list of things to do and restaurants in Como/local cities surrounding.

The home was spacious, clean, and well located. Very secure. It is a simple design and it looks nice. You are walking distance to all public transportation, ferries, restaurants, and shopping. I recommend it because of the convenience, good price, and comfortable accommodations. There is WiFi but it is very slow so you may need an alternative internet option if you are working remotely or using apps.

Very nice apartment, very central location, only flaw was there was a door bordering the apartment next door from which you could hear anything and the tenants upstairs have a child running back and forth throughout the house Pernio, everything is very well cared for

Great apartment with a super great location. Easy check in and out procedure. The apartment is modern spacious, and clean. We really loved it. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The only thing that was a bit challenging was the car parking. Other than that, everything was great and we would highly recommend it.

Great apartment! Super convenient location, hosts were very responsive. The bathroom is on first floor and bed is on second so just keep that in mind if stairs are an issue for you! Otherwise, loved our stay and would def recommend!

Very nice fully renovated apartment in the heart of the city Attention it is in a pedestrian zone To park, you have to find a place in the streets around. It costs 23 euros for 24 hours

This place was in a great location in the historic district downtown! A ton of things in walking distance. Parking was a little tricky, but we were able to park on the street with no issues once we figured out how to read all the street signs. Check-in was extremely easy with their instructions as well. Would definitely recommend this place and we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is modern and stylish and in a fantastic location, but there are a few things that pull down: We had booked the apartment for 4 people, but there was no bedding for the sofa bed, so we had to call and call. When they brought bed linen, pillows were still missing. Check-in was also controlled, as we had not received the codes for the front doors. It worked out after a few phones. In addition, there were no curtains in the apartment, it made it very bright, and we woke up much earlier than we wanted because of the light.

Amazing apartment in the centre of Como. Super clean place, amazing facilities, so glad the air conditioning was great as it was super hot outside. Building felt really safe as there was two locked doors to go through which we were provided codes for. Would recommend staying here as there is close access to public transport and lots of brilliant restaurants close by!

Amazing location right in the heart of Como with the duomo at your doorstep—but tucked away enough so it's super quiet. The apartment is as it looks in the pictures, everything's new and well-maintained. Self check-in was an absolute breeze. They responded to all my questions promptly. There were some amenities—hand soap, body wash, but no shampoo so I had to get that myself. Other than that, great stay!

This apartment building is absolutely beautiful. Both the unit and the complex are very cool. It looked exactly like the pictures and was clean upon our arrival! Additionally, the host allowed us to check-in an hour early (at 2pm) which we really appreciated! There were a few downsides to this apartment. Firstly, it did not come with soap for the bathroom, hand towels for the bathroom, or shampoo and conditioner. Additionally, the apartment stated sleeps 4, but there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch downstairs and there were only 2 bath towels, so it was really only accommodating for 2 people. We emailed the host about this and they brought us sheets/ towels/ soap which was very accommodating. Lastly, there was a window that looked broken, causing a cold draft in the apartment. We thought this was a safety hazard and emailed the host, but it was not fixed in the time of our stay. The actual apartment itself was amazing, but I think we got unlucky during our stay for the reasons I mentioned above. Still had a great stay and Lake Como is awesome!!
