Beautiful stay in the historic center of Como very close to the Duomo and the departure of the ferries for the lake tour. Clear and easy directions. Extremely easy check-in. Wonderful apartment. Excellent cleanliness. Assistance was available to resolve an issue with the air conditioner. Absolutely worth trying. Thank you

This place was wonderful! The heat this time of year was to be expected- I’m sure during more reasonable temperatures the AC would be much more effective- however we found it was having a bit of a hard time keeping up. Regardless the indoor temperature was much better than outside! The location was perfect- right next to como Lago train station and right by the ferries. McDonald’s nearby was helpful too! The beds were comfortable, linens were clean and comfortable, towels nice, having a washer dryer was a godsend though I wish there were English instructions. Felt luxurious- was very convenient- would definitely recommend and stay again.

I want to start by saying how amazing the location of this spot is. It's a 5min walk (if that) from Como Lago train station & 10-15mins from Como S Giovanni Station. It is super safe & secure due to the gated access to the building. It's located right next to one of the main piazzos in Como which is filled with great shopping & restaurants. The apartment itself is beautiful and well kept. It is full stocked with pots, pans & any other dishes if you care to cook for yourself. And the host was more than gracious with helping to figure out any slight inconvenience that popped up. All in all its a 10/10 would definitely stay again.

The apartment is ideally located in the city center. Very surroundings. The ambiance of the apartment exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was impeccable. If we come back to Como, we will want to stay here again.

The location of the house is very nice, the architecture is very nice, you really feel like you are in Italy. The cleanliness of the house is beautiful in the interior, you can stay at your place. If you come by car, you'll need to choose one of the parking spaces around it, around 35- € per day. Overall, it met our expectations, and we recommend it to those who want to come.

The accommodation was as described online. Great host, who met with us to show us inside and recommended a place to eat. The apartment was very spacious and clean, and even had a washer that came in handy. We were also given a small olive oil, which was a nice touch :) It is also located in a perfect location, central to everything. We thought this was a great stay, so I recommended it to a friend who reserved another unit the day we checked out (I ended up staying in the unit as well).

We had a lovely stay in Como. The apartment was well located to explore Como and other areas of Lake Como. The apartment was modern, clean, nicely decorated, and very spacious to accommodate my family of 5. Host was responsive to questions/requests in a timely fashion. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Como.

Best location ever in Como; the apartment was just stunning ! Very clean, accessible, few minutes from the lake, and surrounded by good restaurants/coffees. The host was very responsive and welcoming. No doubt, it will be my first choice to stay next time I visit Como.

Fantastic location in the old town of Como. Lovely modern apartment which was very true to the description and photos. It was however, noisier than I expected at night, but other than that a fabulous stay!

We loved this apartment and its location. We could have had better parking information and communication from the host. The second bedroom is actually a loft bed and a bit awkward, maybe better suited for a family rather than two couples. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place!

Fabulous, you must stay here! Old, historical building. Beautiful apartment, well decorated, nice linen and towels. High ceilings and windows/balconies right out onto the square. 5 mins walk from train station and 1 min from main como square. Couldn;t have been a better location. Very easy check in and out. Would 100% stay here again!!

Amazing stay! Exactly the same as pictures and brilliant location, this was the perfect base for a weekend exploring Como. Alessandro and the team were more than helpful with late check in and check out requests. Would more than recommend booking this apartment!

This apartment is superb: completely renovated, quiet and ideally located. The bedding is comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and the kitchen space functional. We were very well received and are delighted with this stay to discover Como. From the upscale to the heart of the historic center of the city!

This apartment was immaculate in all aspects - the location is right in the centre of town, the cleanliness and features available were all of a top spec. The host was also very responsive which made the whole experience easy (e.g. checking in and out, asking for extra bedding etc). Would definitely book this apartment the next time I visit Como.

Great place right next to the Duomo, very spacious and newly renovated in a beautiful historic building with high tech amenities throughout - convenient to getting around Como and lake and staff was professional and accommodating, will definitely be back!
