The space
Suite Broletto can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living area which is shared with an equipped kitchenette. Two bathrooms. The apartment is two-leveled with one bedroom in the loft. There is a small courtyard terrace.

There is an elevator in the building, but the apartment is not adapted for permanent wheelchair users. There are stairs in the apartment (leading to the loft).

The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. It is possible to arrive at Palazzo Visconti by car to drop off the luggage, but the nearest parking is available in Viale Lecco, about 400 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

Spacious, new and clean appartement on a perfect spot in Como center. Close to the lake and other hotspots. Nice beds and kitchen. Showers are not the best and there is no cleaning equipment available for yourself to clean a little. Outside area (between 4 walls) is not something I would go and sit. We could check-in 20 minutes later but exactly 10am on check-out we where told to leave.

We arrived and gained access from the straight forward self check-in instructions given by our hosts. The building is beautiful and very secure. The apartment was spacious, light and comfortable with everything you will need for your stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and just as you see in the pictures. What made this apartment so special for us was the location. shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Only 2-3 minutes walk to como water front. absolutely amazing location.
