We wanted a villa with a pool and within ten mins walk of Moraira town centre. This was perfect for the four of us. Clean property with clear instructions on everything. Great communication with Christophe and Agent. Lots of storage and hangers for clothes. Secure parking space. Gated property with one other property next door. Quiet location. Lovely outside area around pool with six sun loungers. Outside seated dining area and lounge area. Hanging space for washing. Fully equipped kitchen and utility. Highly recommended for self catering and relaxing family holiday. Thank you Christophe.

Stayed at the villa for a week in July and really enjoyed it. Everything was as described and worked well. Nice to have certain essentials left for cooking and washing etc, and we found the kitchen to be well equipped for what we needed. Air conditioning in every room worked well and there was even a table tennis table downstairs which was a pleasant surprise! Communication and instructions for arrival were clear and Villa was easy to find and get inside. You can walk into town in about 10 minutes and it’s on the pavement the whole way, so it’s really a nice feature to have. Would happily book it again, thanks

We’ve been coming to Moraira for a number of years and love the area that the villa was in. Just 10-15 min walk to the beach and town but still very quiet. The villa was great - good space inside and out. The management company were good and we managed to check in a bit earlier than expected. The villa has everything that you would need.

Property Manager Terms
On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
