The pristine beaches of the Mannin Pennisula are 300m across the sand dunes and the hectic rush of our daily lives, a million miles away. A perfect place to rest and restore.

Diamond Cottage is designed to host two families comfortably with ample dining and living spaces. Nb there is no Tv in the Cottage, this is a place to have a true, old-fashioned holiday!
Layout:
There is an open-plan sitting room, kitchen & dining room. The area is bright & spacious oozing natural sunlight with stunning sea & mountain views from the large windows.
Fully fitted kitchen featuring a traditional range cooker and all mod-cons. Large dining table.
The living space has a stove and piano with doors leading onto the patio. This is a perfect area for family or friends to enjoy in the evening to play board games or enjoy a glass of wine after a fun-filled day touring Connemara.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and plenty of storage. Ensuite walk-in shower room.
Double bedroom with a loft that sleeps kids twin beds, (please note that you need to climb a steep ladder to access this area)
Bathroom with a large shower.
You have a twin bedroom with single beds and foldaway beds stored underneath
Child's bedroom with a triple bunk with a steep ladder (Please note that these beds are not suitable for adults).
All bedrooms have plenty of storage.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
