Beautiful and very peaceful location. Easy accommodated 9 people. Very spacious house and very well equipped. Everything is there. Very clean house. Paul was very helpful and always replied quickly. Thank you so much for letting us stay in the house. We are delighted. Highly recommend.

Paul is the sweetest gentleman. 6 of us traveled in from Chicago (I, my husband and our parents) for our intimate wedding and he was so incredibly accommodating to us as we had many questions as the Americans coming to town regarding eir codes, calling out taxis, voltage adapters, etc! I cannot recommend him and his home enough. So so beautiful! 4 bedrooms, 6 beds 3.5 bath and so much space to just sit back and relax. But the sunroom will be your favorite with that view!!

Please use outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 🧴 No Fake Tan or Hair Dye To avoid damage to linens and soft furnishings, please do not use fake tan, hair dye, or heavy makeup products during your stay. 🐾 No Pets Unless Approved Pets are only allowed in pre-approved, pet-friendly homes and must be arranged with us in advance. Unauthorised pets may result in the cancellation of your stay. 👶 Supervise Children Children are very welcome, but please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, fireplaces, or outdoor features. 🛏️ Towels & Linens All towels and bedding are provided for your stay. Unless otherwise stated. 🔇 Quiet Hours Please respect neighbours (if applicable) and maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 🗑️ Waste & Recycling Please use the bins provided and follow the recycling guidelines. Collection days and disposal details are listed in this guidebook. 🔐 Check-Out You must depart at the agreed time stated in this guidebook (usually 10am) Lock up and return keys to the lockbox or the housemanager 🔧 Damage or Breakages If anything breaks or is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Before checkout
Empty bins and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided, or if otherwise instructed, Wash any used dishes or load and start the dishwasher. Turn off lights, heating, and any appliances. Ensure windows and doors are securely closed (especially Velux windows). Please return all keys to the key lockbox located outside the property (using the same code as check-in)
