Ground floor:

The sitting room area is large and bright with plenty of seating ( 3 x 2 x1 x1 seater cream leather suite) A large open fire, flat-screen Tv with Dvd player (bring your favourite movies with you!) and stereo system make it the perfect spot for those cosy evenings in by the fire

From the sitting room, large double doors lead to a delightful conservatory where you can enjoy beautiful sea views. A coffee table and plentiful seating allow you to enjoy a book, or music, or simply relax in this bright peaceful room. A door from the conservatory leads into the garden area

The dining room holds a large table and seats 6 (perfect for entertaining!). From this room, sliding doors lead to a patio area which overlooks the mountains.

The kitchen has all mod cons; a Stanley oven & electric hobs, a double oven, microwave, dishwasher and a dining table which seats 6. This kitchen has everything you need for days when you want to cook at home!

There is a utility room with a fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate toilet and a storage cupboard.

The Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 is double bedroom, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table.

There is a bathroom, with a large corner bath and a separate electric shower.

Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with wardrobes, a dressing table and large windows overlooking the mountains.

Upstairs:

There is a large hallway with a chez lounge.

Bedroom 3 has a kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and en suite shower room.

Bedroom 4 has a kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes, a dressing table large windows overlooking the mountains and en suite shower.

Bedroom 5 is the master bedroom with a king size bed with a dressing table, flat screen Tv and en suite with corner bath and electric shower unit.

Outside there is a garage, perfect for storing kayaks, wet gear, golf clubs etc
