The house is designed for togetherness, yet each of the five ensuite bedrooms offers a private sanctuary to unwind after a day of exploring. Warm wooden floors, inviting textures, and thoughtful details create a sense of calm and relaxation throughout.

Your friendly host, who speaks both English and German, is happy to offer local tips and recommendations to make your stay memorable. We respect your privacy but are available should you need anything. Babysitting services can also be arranged if needed.

With some friends we stayed at the beautiful Connemara Holiday Cottage. The house is as it appears in the photo and I would say even better. Warm and welcoming environments in a quiet area close to supermarkets, bars and pubs where we had an excellent dinner. Super helpful host. I would gladly return, super recommended!

The ratings published by Connemara Holiday Lettings are general ratings of the properties they manage, as they are intermediaries between the owner and Airbnb. In fact, upon arrival, a review was posted about this accommodation in which they said that some beds were very uncomfortable and the price was very high for the quality and condition of the accommodation. A price that the owner was unaware of. I did not like that they could charge me a non-refundable deposit of €105 in case the apartment was damaged, or a deposit of €500 on my credit card, because they say things happen. I've been on this platform for many years and I've never left a property in worse condition than I found it. You have to explain well in the listings and be honest if you are an intermediary, saying so clearly. I don't think it's acceptable that if they receive a complaint, their response is that they don't manage the accommodation directly, since they take a significant commission.
