No Fake Tan or Hair Dye To avoid damage to linens and soft furnishings, please do not use fake tan, hair dye, or heavy makeup products during your stay. No Pets Unless Approved Pets are only allowed in pre-approved, pet-friendly homes and must be arranged with us in advance. Unauthorised pets may result in the cancellation of your stay. Supervise Children Children are very welcome, but please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, fireplaces, or outdoor features. Towels & Linens All towels and bedding are provided for your stay. Unless otherwise stated. Quiet Hours Please respect neighbours (if applicable) and maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Check-Out You must depart at the agreed time stated in this guidebook (usually 10am) Lock up and return keys to the lockbox or the housemanager Damage or Breakages A €1,000 security deposit will be pre-authorised on your payment card the day before check-in. This is a temporary hold, not a charge. The deposit covers damage to the property or its contents and any additional cleaning required due to spillages or excessive soiling, excluding normal wear and tear. Following inspection by our housekeeping team after check-out, the hold will be released provided no charges are due. Funds will usually become available within seven working days of release, although this may take longer depending on your bank. If anything breaks or is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Honest reporting helps us manage repairs quickly and fairly. Unreported issues may result in a charge.
