The entire single-story cottage is easily accessible. The cosy living area invites you to relax on two comfy couches and armchairs, warmed by a solid fuel stove, and includes a flat-screen television with a basic Sky Tv package.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay:

Hob & oven
Microwave
Toaster & electric kettle
Dishwasher
Washing machine & dryer
The dining room features wooden floors and a dining table for six.
The cottage offers four comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Twin room with lake views
Bedroom 2: Double room
Bedroom 3: Double room with bay views
Bedroom 4: Triple room (one double & one single bed) with lake views
There is a shower room with an electric shower, Wc, and sink unit, as well as a separate Wc.
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire cottage and its grounds. This includes:
The full interior of the single-story house.
A private garden space.
A tarmac driveway with ample parking.
Direct access to Lough Fee for a full waterfront experience.
A shed is also available for guest storage upon request.
A fixed rate of €10 per night is charged for heating and electricity.
Bed linen, towels, and internet access are included in your stay.
For our younger guests, a high chair and a cot/crib are available upon request.

Unauthorised pets may result in the cancellation of your stay. 👶 Supervise Children Children are very welcome, but please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, fireplaces, or outdoor features. 🛏️ Towels & Linens All towels and bedding are provided for your stay. Unless otherwise stated. 🔇 Quiet Hours Please respect neighbours (if applicable) and maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 🗑️ Waste & Recycling Please use the bins provided and follow the recycling guidelines. Collection days and disposal details are listed in this guidebook. 🔐 Check-Out You must depart at the agreed time stated in this guidebook (usually 10am) Lock up and return keys to the lockbox or the housemanager 🔧 Damage or Breakages If anything breaks or is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Before checkout
Empty bins and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided, or if otherwise instructed, Wash any used dishes or load and start the dishwasher. Turn off lights, heating, and any appliances. Ensure windows and doors are securely closed (especially Velux windows). Please return all keys to the key lockbox located outside the property (using the same code as check-in)
