The bedrooms are airy with fitted wardrobes downstairs and enjoy good views. The kitchen is well stocked with all you’ll need to cook and entertain. There is a washing machine and a dryer just off the kitchen area. There’s one bathroom with a bath downstairs and upstairs has a shower.

The sitting room is lovely and relaxing with a stove you can light on a cool evening or just enjoy watching the flames dance.
Just across the road, you will find access to the Dooneen Greenway (cycle lane) take a left along the Galway Road which will bring you as far as Dan O’Hara’s Heritage & History Centre where you can visit Dan O’Hara’s Cottage or stop for some lunch. Take a right to head towards Clifden where you can enjoy views of Salt Lake and The Twelve Bens continuing on the Dooneen road to arrive at the picturesque coastal town of Clifden which offers a number of shops, bars, and restaurants.

A water filter has been provided for your convenience, and all drinking water should be boiled before use. To get you started, a supply of bottled water will be available at the property upon arrival.

Beautiful home that had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and fresh and a real home from home. Deceptively spacious inside with a lovely lounge and kitchen/diner. Two bathrooms were very useful. Lots of fantastic, uncrowded beaches all around and spectacular scenery. We visited lots of places, hired bikes in Clifden, went sea kayaking at Ballyconneely and had a great lunch at Connemara Smokehouse. Great base for a fabulous holiday. Would highly recommend and would love to return.

Teach Eile was a modern, clean, and really comfortable house which was ideal for our needs. The host was very responsive. We'll be down again next year and will 100% be staying in the same place. Its about 4/5K from Clifden, and very easy to get taxis, and you're far enough out that you have peace and quiet. It really was home away from home!

No Pets Unless Approved Pets are only allowed in pre-approved, pet-friendly homes and must be arranged with us in advance. Unauthorised pets may result in the cancellation of your stay. Supervise Children Children are very welcome, but please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, fireplaces, or outdoor features. Before checkout
Empty bins and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided, or if otherwise instructed, Wash any used dishes or load and start the dishwasher. Turn off lights, heating, and any appliances. Ensure windows and doors are securely closed (especially Velux windows). Please return all keys to the key lockbox located outside the property (using the same code as check-in)
