Semi-open plan, fully fitted kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences, plus a large window overlooking the front of the house.
First Floor:
Master bedroom with awe-inspiring sea views, a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, and wooden flooring. En-suite shower room.
Twin bedroom with a window overlooking the front of the house, chest of drawers, open wardrobe, and wooden flooring.
Family bathroom with a large shower unit, sink, and Wc, plus a window overlooking the front of the house.
Top Floor:
Spacious third bedroom featuring two Velux windows offering panoramic sea views, a trundle bed, a single bed, wooden flooring, and an electric heater.
Outdoor Space
Ample parking at the front of the property.
Private gated access to the shoreline—take a scenic walk along the water’s edge to the old harbour, where you can launch a boat or kayak.
Secluded patio area at the back of the house, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying your morning coffee while soaking in the fresh sea air.
Additional Information:
All bedding is feather-filled and is not suitable for guests with allergies. Duvets and pillows are high-quality but not hypoallergenic.

The place we stayed at was gorgeous- a bit separate from town and while it was near a few shops it felt quiet and private. It was easy to get in and the place was so modern and clean. The woman who manages the unit left us a nice note upon our arrival and even dropped off extra towels and supplies. We had a fantastic time!

This house in Roundstone was perfect for us. Great location with amazing views, close to the village but as quiet as can be. It is very clean and tidy and well equipped. If the weather is good it is perfect for sitting out and gazing across the bay. Lots of good walks nearby and in a particularly beautiful park of Ireland. We had a wonderful stay. Many thanks.

Before checkout
Empty bins and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided, or if otherwise instructed, Wash any used dishes or load and start the dishwasher. Turn off lights, heating, and any appliances. Ensure windows and doors are securely closed (especially Velux windows). Please return all keys to the key lockbox located outside the property (using the same code as check-in)
