Musty and secluded smell at first glance. No hot water: we had to start the boiler ourselves. No coffee, no laundry detergent at check-in. Doubtful cleanliness: Sheep on baseboards. Dust on baskets. The blinds in the living room, very old, are completely deflated. No wifi with a weak network. Deplorable bedding. The general impression in the end is that the owners want to take as much money as possible without any respect for the user.

the apartment is very well located in Clifden and the private underground garage with access to the elevator is very convenient. functional and bright apartment. everything would be perfect if the problem with the heating in the bathroom would be solved. it should be noted that the problem occurred on a Saturday day of the closure of the agency. We were able to reach someone who has moved. The toaster was out of order as well. This issue was resolved very quickly. The same day we had a new one. Thank you again to the person who moved and whose name I'm afraid I'm afraid of. he is an extremely friendly, responsive person who gave us lots of good advice about the area. All the staff of the agency are very friendly and easy to access. Thanks to them. We'll be happy to meet them for a future stay in Clifden.

Very spacious apartment ideally located in the heart of the city close to commerce, restaurant and pub. Beautiful terrace. Enjoyable private parking. On the other hand, a totally impersonal apartment, furniture and some fairly old equipment. Attention, no dryer as indicated in the listing, only a hanging rack (not in very good condition, no laundry clips). Big noise issue due to a pump that starts untimely at any time of the day. No wifi (indicated in the listing but at this price it is a bit abused). Taking all this into consideration, however, the location allows you to make the most of the nightlife.

- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
