From the main entrance door, you walk into an open plan sitting room, dining area and fully fitted kitchen with bright and airy accommodation

The sitting room has a 3 seater leather sofa and armchair, flat-screen Tv. There are 3 windows allowing ample natural light overlooking Market Street.

There is a dining table which seats 4. The kitchen is equipped with ample kitchen cupboards, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a coffee plunger, kitchenware, and cleaning products.

There are 2 bedrooms:-

Bedroom 1: Queen (5 foot) bed with fitted wardrobe, frosted window to the back of the property.

Bedroom 2: Offers 2 single beds with hanging space, frosted window to the side of the property

Shower room with shower, sink unit & Wc.

Hairdryer & iron available

There are internal narrow stairs leading to the apartment from the main Market Street of Clifden

Strictly no pets and no smoking.

Parking:

You must pay for parking in the town centre.

You can purchase your parking ticket at the machine as you go left outside the front door. It is applicable Mon-Sat from 11.30 am to 6 pm. It is free before and after those times and it is also free on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

There is a free public car park less than a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Drive past the Aib bank on the N59 and take your first right turn towards the Station House Hotel. Continue to drive straight down to the free public car park.

Check-in time is after 4 pm.

Check-out time is strictly 10 am on the day of departure.

our return to Clifden was enhanced by our stay at the property on market street...it was great....our only small gripe was that we couldnt get our wifi to connect. for us this wasnt a big deal for others it may be. would definetly book again

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
