The main reception room invites you to relax on comfy couches in front of the cozy stove fire. Double doors open into an expansive, light-filled dining room with seating for eight, perfect for sharing memorable meals together.
The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, gas hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, with plenty of space for preparing group feasts. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
From the dining room, step out onto the large stone patio with a picnic table. It's the ideal spot for dining alfresco or enjoying a glass of wine while taking in views of the rolling green hills.
This home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests across six bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Double bed with ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): Twin beds with ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor): Double bed with ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 4 (First Floor): Twin beds with ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 5 (First Floor): Single bed.
Bedroom 6 (First Floor): Large room with one double and one single bed.
In addition to the ensuites, there are two large family bathrooms, one on each floor, each equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower. The ground floor bathroom features a relaxing jetted tub.
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house and the surrounding one-acre property. The grounds are fully enclosed with iron gates at the entrance, ensuring your privacy and security. Ample private parking space is available on the grounds.
Utilities: A fee of €35 per night is charged for electricity and oil heating.
Family-Friendly: A travel cot and a highchair are available for your use.
Accessibility: The ground floor of the home, including a bedroom and bathroom, is wheelchair accessible.
Included in Your Stay: Bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are all included in the rental rate.
Peak Season: During peak season, changeover days are on Saturdays.

Fab host, easy checkin and checkout. Quick response time on the queries we had. We stayed for 5 nights, and had grandparents, parents and kids in our family holiday. House was really clean and spacious. Plenty of items in the kitchen and plenty of toilet rolls in bathrooms. Plenty of space to park our 4 cars. Great central heating, house was toasty warm and beds were comfortable. Really felt like home away from home but in a superb location! Kyle more Abbey was only 10 mins drive away, Dogs Bay was amazing..about 30 min drive and Lidl in Clifden (10 mins drive), had us sorted for groceries for the week. Would highly recommend! Thanks so much! ⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house with our big family. The home is spacious and perfectly accommodated all of us. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning — lots of greenery, open space, and cozy spots for everyone to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, which made our stay even more comfortable. Just a short distance from the house, there's a large lake that's definitely worth visiting, as well as a national park with incredible nature. Thank you for welcoming our large family into your home. Our vacation was amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment!
