The space
Ballinakill Lodge is a stunning modern-styled 6-bedroom house that offers huge accommodation, ideal for large families or groups wishing to holiday together. The Lodge is set on approximately an acre of land surrounded by landscaped gardens and a large patio area. It is tastefully furnished throughout offering bright and spacious living.Ground Floor:

The main reception room has a 3 & 2-seater comfy couch, and 2 windows overlooking the front enclosed garden. Stove fire. Double doors leading:
Large, bright and airy dining room with table seating 8 people, seating area overlooking the front garden. Double doors lead to a large patio area and landscaped gardens. Ideal for eating alfresco or enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings.
From the reception room, there is a door leading to a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar/island, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of worktop space. The door leading to the utility room housing a separate washing machine and drier.
Stairs leading to the first floor:
Bedroom 4: Twin ensuite bedroom with window to front and side of the property, wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom 5: Single bedroom with wardrobe, dressing table, window to the front.
Bedroom 6: Large bedroom with double and single beds, dressing table, wardrobe and window to the front of the property.
2nd Family bathroom, with bath and separate shower room.
Exterior:
Iron gates upon entering the property, ample parking space, and fully enclosed landscaped gardens. The property sits on approx 1 acre of land. There is a large patio area with a wooden bench.
The house is family-friendly with a travel cot and highchair supplied, It is also wheelchair accessible.

Ballinakill Lodge is happy to welcome your pet, however, we would ask that your pet not be permitted on the furniture or beds. If additional cleaning is required we may have to deduct this from your damage deposit.
Utilities (Electricity and Oil) are charged at €35 per night.
Linen & Towels are included in the rental rate.
Check-in time is strictly from 4pm onwards.
Check-out time is strictly at 10am on day of departure.
During peak season changeover days are Saturdays

Great house for a family group! We had 7 adults, 3 little ones and a dog and there was plenty of room both inside and outside. There is a large enclosed garden and the house is well equipped for a large group. You do need a car as there isn’t anywhere close enough to walk and the road is busy. There are plenty of beautiful places nearby to explore.

We had a great stay here with 5 adults and 3 kids. Very convenient to Connemara National Park, Kylemore Abbey, and Clifden. House was comfortable with lots of space, quiet and kid friendly. Weather didn't cooperate for us, but house has a nice patio and yard too. Veldons in Letterfrack is a must if you stay here. Nice grocery in town too.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
