Upon entering the kitchen and dining area you are immediately struck by the spaciousness, high ceilings, natural light and stunning view from the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Ocean.  The kitchen is a gourmets delight as it has everything one might need to cook that perfect meal, fully intergrated, double electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas 5 ring hob, large fridge (with freezer box), coffee machine, everything from food processors, to bread making machines to nutri bullet to poaching pans.  The dining table seats upto 8 people (extra chairs if required),  double doors leading out onto the large patio area.

3 steps leading down to the sitting room, you are welcomed into a large yet cosy reception room with cathedral ceilings, a large fireplace with a stove, large windows with a door leading to the patio area, wooden floors, 3 comfy sofas (2, 3 seaters & 1 2 seaters), armchair, coffee table, 2 Velux windows &  Tv offering Netflix & Soarview.
