This is a recently built, modern, stone-faced bungalow located in the heart of Connemara. The property boasts three large bedrooms, each with panoramic views of the sea. The master bedroom has an en-suite. The main bathroom has a bath and a separate shower.

The house has a spacious kitchen/ living area which enjoys superb views of the Atlantic Ocean, Omey Island, High lsland and in the distance the Twelve Bens. This room enjoys warm sunlight from early morning until sunset and is equipped with all modern conveniences (including dishwasher, microwave, wide-screen Tv and Dvd player, radio/CD player etc.)

The utility room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The house has oil-fired, central heating and solar panels for hot water. All bed linen and towels are provided.
