Open plan kitchen/utility room / dining area
The kitchen/dining area is bright and airy. Fully fitted kitchen with ample storage cupboards, modern appliances including electric oven & hob, dishwasher & fridge. Door leading to decked/garden/garage. Utility room housing separate washing machine & drier.
The dining area has a large dining table seating up to 8 guests, a patio door leading to a garden with decked & artificial grass.
From the dining area, there are double doors which open to the sitting room with 2 couches, a coffee table, flat screen Smart Tv and a window overlooking the front of the house.
Fantastic area for entertaining or you can close the sitting room doors and snuggle up on the couch and enjoy a glass of wine.
First floor: Stairs leading to bedrooms & family bathroom.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom offering double bed with en suite shower room & window to the back of the house.
Bedroom 2: Small double bedroom with a window overlooking the back of the house.
Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe overlooking the front of the house
Bedroom 4: Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe overlooking the front of the house.
The main family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.

Very pleasant stay, where we were able to celebrate Saint Patrick on Galway, always as lively and pleasant. We spent eight days as a family with our 88-year-old mom, who had her private bathroom. Beautiful terrace, large kitchen/dining area. Quiet and private place close to the sea and at the gates of Parc du Connemara. Colette has always been responsive and available for us. Idyllic stay! I highly recommend this place and Spiddal is a charming place to discover, probably very pleasant in summer too... So we will come back to the sunny days!:) Thank you for the welcome, Colette. Happy hosting!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
