Master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite shower room.

Two additional front-facing bedrooms, each with a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
Main family bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower.
Second Floor:
Spacious top-floor loft, the ultimate 'Teen Den' and games room.
Features a foosball table, games, and a sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire three-story house. This includes all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and the utility room. You will also have full use of the private garden with its decked area. Free on-site parking is provided for your convenience.
Garden: Please be aware that the private garden is not enclosed.
Included Amenities: Your stay includes all bed linen, towels, heating, and internet access.
For Families: A baby high chair and a cot/crib are available for your use.

This was an ideal letting for a big family. The local contact, Colette, was very attentive and helpful. We were generally very happy. Three negative points; - There are no coat hooks in the entrance hall. With 6 people and 12 coats, this is a real problem. - There was no shoe rack in the entrance hall. Again, 6 people x 2 pairs of shoes each minimum = a real need to store shoes. - As with many places, there was virtually no surface in either bathroom for cosmetics, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, hairbrush and all the other little items needed when travelling. Why do hosts never think of this need?

No Pets Unless Approved Pets are only allowed in pre-approved, pet-friendly homes and must be arranged with us in advance. Unauthorised pets may result in the cancellation of your stay. Supervise Children Children are very welcome, but please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, fireplaces, or outdoor features. Towels & Linens All towels and bedding are provided for your stay. Unless otherwise stated. Quiet Hours Please respect neighbours (if applicable) and maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Waste & Recycling Please use the bins provided and follow the recycling guidelines. Collection days and disposal details are listed in this guidebook. Check-Out You must depart at the agreed time stated in this guidebook (usually 10am) Lock up and return keys to the lockbox or the housemanager Damage or Breakages If anything breaks or is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Honest reporting helps us manage repairs quickly and fairly. Unreported issues may result in a charge.
