Doonreagan West Wing is a recent barn conversion with unspoilt mountain views at the foot of Cashel Hill, offering a unique hideaway. There is a sheltered patio with garden furniture and a landscaped garden.
The interior is atmospheric, in traditional style, with beams, leaded windows and antique furniture.
There is a separate kitchen with a small dining area, a spacious sitting-room with a solid-fuel stove, and a contemporary bathroom.

Shared utility room with deep freeze, washing machine, tumble dryer, firewood and cleaning materials.
Doonreagan is an historic country retreat situated in Cashel: an area of outstanding natural beauty right in the heart of Connemara on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.
The property includes three individually designed self-contained units available to rent all year round, for single occupancy, families or groups (up to 12 people can be accommodated at any one time). There is also a spacious auditorium suitable for workshops, seminars and other group activities.
Booking for a group check out Doonreagan West and Doon Cottage located on the same grounds.
Visitors to Doonreagan have access to the owners’ library with comfortable armchairs, a warm stove and several thousand books to choose from.
Shared Games/Reading room with pool table, table tennis, chess etc.

A solid fuel starter pack is provided.
Electricity is included from April-October, and at reduced rate November – March.
Check-in time is from 4pm onwards

Short breaks are available at Doonreagan East Wing between Saturday to Saturday only.
In-house caterer: Rather than cook or go out to a restaurant, you can have a reasonably priced meal served at your door by Maria Zemskova, our in-house certified caterer. Please visit www. food-by-Maria. com to see her extensive menu.
Tenants are welcome to use owner’s sauna, plunge pool and swimming facilities as guests.

- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
