The apartment was as described with an insanely great terrace overlooking the sea. Christophe was always easy to reach and the check-in worked well thanks to DigiBox (even when arriving late at night). What we would have liked a little more is the provision of basic foodstuffs, such as salt/pepper/oil. Otherwise, the kitchen offers everything you can imagine in terms of kitchen appliances. Some pillows (especially the garden upholstery) are a bit outdated, which is why I would deduct half a star. Otherwise, a clear recommendation from me!

The location and the apartment itself are absolutely fine. Great towels, nice view. Only the condition of the care is in need of improvement. Everything was great, but the standard was not kept and the property is ripped off. Love is missing. Many small things are missing or broken. Unfortunately, this does not leave a good impression on the amount. That's a shame.

Very well located and a correct apartment. The AC is only in the living room so the bedrooms are very hot as it is one last floor. The TV is very old and the programs were cut off, it would require a replacement. Wonderful terrace but we couldn't use it because it's not well conditioned for summer temperatures.

An unforgettable experience in a perfect area to enjoy the coast, food ,the beach, everything in general. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and more and the people who bring it, the best,were there for everything you needed in case of any questions or anything. Everything was perfect and impeccable Thank you for everything,Christophe and also Maria José. A big hug, Daniela and Esteban.

Property Manager Terms
On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
