The space
Clifden White Heather is set in the heart of Clifden town, The Capital of Connemara, with all shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. This attractive 3-bedroom house is a perfect holiday home for family, and friends looking to escape. Clifden White Heather is offered in very good condition with a newly refurbished kitchen, a large decked area overlooking Clifden Bay, and 3 triple bedrooms, all ensuite with shower rooms and views either overlooking the Bay or Clifden Town.This vibrant town of Clifden has an array of shops selling top-quality gifts, trinket souvenirs and handmade knits to name a few! You will also find boutiques, antique shops and art galleries. There are cosy coffee shops, and pubs from the genuine & quaint Irish to the more trendy where entertainment is plentiful. Whatever your taste in music you will find a selection of traditional, modern music and dance.
Layout:
The entrance hall leads you into the spacious and rustic living area where you will find a warm stove fire waiting for you. This room offers a Smart Tv with Free Air Channels and Netflix, 2, two seater leather couches, and two tables which combine seating up to 8 guests. There is carpet flooring throughout, oil-fired central heating, WiFi and stunning views of Clifden town and harbour on offer.
Step down into the bright and spacious newly fitted kitchen which is fully equipped with the following: microwave, gas cooker, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and separate washing machine and dryer. A serving hatch can be found here in the dining/living area.
The kitchen area leads onto a very large decked area which is ideal for dining al fresco or enjoying the sunset over Clifden Bay

All bedrooms are located upstairs. They all offer built-in wardrobes, carpet flooring, and Usb ports. All bedrooms offer an ensuite shower, Wc & sink,

The home is right in the middle of Clifden near all the shops and bars and restaurants. Gerard met us at the door and explained how the beautiful kitchen appliances worked . We are from the United States and things are different in Ireland. We had 5 family members and we each had are own bed. The shopping center next to the home gave us the opportunity to cook for ourselves and save a few dollars which was awesome . The deck is the best part of the home overlooking the hills and ocean bay. We sat out and had drinks and dinner with spectacular view. I thank Gerard for giving us great tips for things to do. - For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
