Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

The apartment itself is okay, but due to the limited maintenance it feels a bit worn out. Upon arrival, the requested baby cot was ready, but it was defective and half-assembled. It was quickly replaced, but it was not an ideal start. It seemed clean at first, but under the furniture it was clearly not well cleaned. It's also a shame that there was no vacuum cleaner; you can't keep an apartment tidy with a dirty look during a stay of more than a week. The whole thing is in urgent need of a refresh: a damaged and poorly repaired shower tray, a second shower that is not waterproof, and an outdated kitchen with damaged appliances and a non-working extractor hood. The swimming pool also turned out to be closed without prior communication; however, an alternative was offered. Not recommended? Not necessarily. For short stays it is fine and well located, but for longer periods you are better off looking elsewhere. Communication with the hosts was excellent: fast, friendly and solution-oriented.

Very professional and responsive hosts and resolved issues quickly. We were disappointed though with the standard of maintenance - huge crack in one shower tray 60cm long which not only leaked but risked injury and cut feet. The other shower tray flooded all over the floor, fridge didn't work, extractor hood didn't work, electric immersion switch tempramental and got warm (electrical risk), ornament off the wall. Zzzing replaced the fridge quickly (then came out again 3 days later to fix it!). Quick repair to the cracked shower tray saw us through during our stay but it needs replacing. All these faults should have been dealt with before allowing guests in - I don't believe they are not noticed at change over.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
