We had a pleasant stay, perhaps the Zzzing would have to inform better of what can be found around the place, we have the bus stop in front of itself, this has been very good as Malta has a public transport network that works very well and you can go around the island, also direct to the airport as the bus stops right in front of the apartment building. The apartment is well heated, only down our opinion, it lacks kitchen equipment, month glasses, month glasses, month dishes, the maintenance and cleaning service is not very careful, for example the glass on the terrace it does not do so by cleaning them the image provided by the dirty glass does not help at all the good location of the place. It may be us too demanding as hosts that we are in Barcelona, we take great care of these details. However, it is recommended for any guest who would like to go to Malta. I'm sure the Zzzing will improve all of these things.

View from the balcony was amazing, we had amazing breakfast every morning there. Minus that road near hotel very busy and noisy. Also we found dirty dishes when we arrived. But overall its a good place for that amount of money. Thank you!! 🙏🏻

The place was amazing, looked like the photos and had an amazing view to the bay from the balcony and also from the bed itself. The staff was friendly a d our room was getting cleaned every day. There is a convenience store literally steps away as well as a coffee/restaurant place that is nice for any meal of the day. The only issue we had was the lack of warm water for 3/5 days we stayed there. We reported the issue right after checking in and were told it will get fixed by the next day, which unfortunately it didn't. On a positive note the host/customer service was reachable all the time and we got fast responses to our messages. Overall would recommend the place.

We had an incredible stay at this place! The highlight was definitely the room service guy was beyond friendly and always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The place itself is beautiful, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. While there aren’t many walkable places nearby apart from a cozy coffee shop and a small grocery store, the bus station right across the street made transportation super easy. We had no trouble getting to different locations. There was a bit of noise from outside, but it didn’t disturb our sleep at all. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a rainy stay in this small airbnb but still very pleasant, only problem there was no hair dryer or shower gel as indicated in the listing, be careful the accommodation is at the level of a rather noisy road. However, quality and price levels, this airbnb is excellent!

Very satisfied with the room service carried out every day, where the room was tidy and cleaned. The price was very satisfactory but a big drawback is the missing soundproofing, the apartment and the balcony tend to a street where the cars run and you can hear everything, even the noises of the other guests.

Zzzing's place was a great spot to watch the boats come into the bay, and was easily walkable to coffee, food and select stores. Previous reviews mentioned the traffic, but it didn't bother me! The place was clean, and had what I needed!

We stayed in a large studio. Quite nice. Clean & tidy. Easy enough to find and as there's keypads, no keys to lose! Our studio was directly above the bus stop on the main road. Handy for the bus! As we live in a quiet area, we found the traffic noise disruptive and not ideal to have a relax on the balcony. Having said that, we knew there would be some noise. To be honest, if we were visiting the area again, we'd go to the other side of the bay. Although Beach Haven and Apulia are both suberb and just over the road. The studio is large, but with only a table, a medium wardrobe and bedside drawers, there's not much chance of unpacking fully, so we hung a couple of things up and lived out of our suitcases. Nowhere to hang washing. The shower is great, but a shelf or two in the loo would be useful. All in all it was kind of what were were expecting, so worth what we paid. Communication from Zzzing was good, but I couldn't download their App; I took screenshots of critical information.

Very nice apartment with great views of the bay. In the kitchen you can prepare small things and the bathroom is also sufficient. Unfortunately, there is a busy road right in front of the house and when we were there, there was a construction site right in front of the balcony, which was always operated at night. However, we would still recommend the apartment and found it particularly nice that you didn't need a key, but only had to remember the code. Parking was also available right outside the door.

I will start by thanking those who deal with this accommodation, and for those who left not very pleasant reviews, I believe that they have not stayed in many airbnbs. everything is exactly as in the pictures, as in the description, plus the team is very helpful for anything you need! even late check out, even leaving your luggage if you need it with a later flight. the noise I read about in some reviews is not true, yes it is a very busy street but it is not that you cannot rest or there is noise in the room because of the noise outside! the view is dreamlike! bus stop in front of the block, a bar/restaurant and a small supermarket 3 minutes from the accommodation. I also had the opportunity to meet one of the women who deals with cleaning, a lady from Serbia, also extremely friendly and happy to help you with anything that concerns her! it really is one of the places where I would really return without emotions, because everything in my case went as I expected! thank you to the team!

It was a good stay but noisy at night. I had issues getting in because of a double booking of my room, and it was solved in 30 minutes. I had to stay in this area for one night, and this place is a good value for the money. It has a perfect view if you have a harbor-facing room. Everything corresponds to the photos, and you have everything necessary for a short-term stay. However, I would not recommend it on Friday and Saturday nights if you're a light sleeper.

Its location is in a very good location. Not only because of the beautiful view that the sea offers, but because everything was easily accessible. The room met all our needs. Large, comfortable bed directly overlooking the sea. Small kitchen, which was more than enough if we wanted to cook something quickly. So overall, it was great to spend the days along with the other good ones.

Lovely place, consistent with the photos with a great view. Bus stops to go west or east of the island are just down the building, as well as many shops. Clean, functional accommodation. The staff is attentive and responsive, which is appreciated. On the other hand, a lot of vehicle passages on the road downstairs and lots of noise, day or night. Often noisy neighbors and constantly slamming doors are also to be deplored (Quies de rigueur ball!!) Overall, compared to the good price paid, we are satisfied but the noise of the road and neighbors is to be taken into account.

Great View, good space, loved that I had a place to cook breakfast, loved there was a laundry room that helped with my long 8 day stay. house keeper was so sweet gave me extra water when needed and coffees. had heating for the cold nights, in summer they would have air conditioning. the bus stop is literally outside the main building so easy to get everywhere. about 55 min. to Valleta, silema, st. Julian's, Medina, etc. it is on a busy road lots of traffic and noise but I am a heavy sleeper and balcony Door was closed I didn't hear anything. maybe if you are a light sleeper. there is a elevator that's good with lots of luggage. touch Keypads which is perfect. balcony lights are automatic but I had blackout curtains so they didn't bother me at all. communication was quick. I really loved my stay and would come back ! Market was next door for essentials and a cute pizza Cafe restaurant which I loved for a quick bite for dinner.

The road outside and what I can assume was a bar, both got really loud at some points throughout the night. Although, it is great value for money and everything else was perfect :).

The property is a clean, commercial apartment managed by a company, not a personal home. It's in a fantastic, convenient location with a bus stop, great view, restaurant, and store nearby. Excellent value and responsive management. The main issue is constant noise from a busy area and nearby motorcycle stopovers, especially on Sundays, due to poor noise insulation. These 5000 Kelvin lights on the balcony go off at 12:30 and come back on at 4:00 automatically. And even with the curtains drawn, it messed up our sleep cycles as we are both very sensitive to light. We messaged the property to turn these down, but they refused since, somehow, they are in auto mode. Overall, it is good value for money, and you get what you pay for. For sure, not a place we'd book twice.

It is according to the photos, it has all the needs, bathroom, kitchen, TV, wifi, the beds are two but you can sleep well as if it were a double. Beautiful views. Super attentive and kind host. The location is easy to find and Veletta is a 20-minute drive. Highly recommend.

Really nice view to the bay just outside the window and the balcony, but there is also a pretty noisy road there is. Very easy to get to and from (we had rented a car, can be recommended), and hugely easy to get into the residential complex and the apartment. The restaurants in the area are few, but there's a good fruit stand in nearby parking lot at the bottom of the bay. Huge nice sandy beach small 10 min drive away, towards north to Gozo 🌱

The door in the first place was broken, the fridge dirty and ran out, the towels were dirty, the joints in the kitchen and bathroom molded. The deficiencies have been partially remedied. The ventilation apparently molded and has been activated, which is why we moved. Circumstances were associated with an additional effort. The new apartment was clean and pleasant, but very cold.

The view from this airbnb is gorgeous. Since it’s right above the street, you do hear noise throughout the night. I would also suggest bringing an eye mask to sleep with because it gets bright in the room very early. The place was clean, I felt like there was more then enough space for 2 people comfortably. It was easy to find once I realized what sharp left the directions meant. The bus stop is right in front of the building which is so convenient. I would definitely stay again.

Exceptional value for money, a beautiful place, I don't put the fifth star on it because in the morning it was very hot and the A/C was not working, but otherwise great, it was noisy but nothing beyond normal, with the windows closed it stopped ringing. Highly recommended and beautiful, I would also repeat in a very quiet location away from the mass of people that is concentrated in cities such as Valletta or Sliema

Really enjoyed our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly and they were very helpful. Check in was really easy and we were able to have a late check out. Enough amenities to cook for ourselves some nights. Note there is no oven or microwave oven just hob and toaster. All that we needed though. And the air con was a god send! Will stay again.

Small clean studio, access is just at the back of the main road in the large climb , plenty of space to park. Nice sunrise. Too bad it was just missing the coffee maker that was in the amenities normally. I would still recommend this studio, in addition the host is available and responds quickly, allowed us to arrive 2 hours in advance.

The property is not bad, but quite far from the city and on a very noisy street. The photos are somewhat beautiful but the apartment is well equipped and the check-in unproblematic. The reception or communication with the operators was disappointing. One morning I was woken up because several liters of water had flowed into my room under the room door from the hallway and the neighboring room. The roughest has removed the maid with a rag and bucket, but in the end, despite the operator's assurance, no one has come to wipe the tiles that ended up being full of foreign hair and schnutz. For the second inquiry, I was recommended to book a room cleaning for 50€ if I want to have it "very clean".

Subject to other not so good reviews- This place exceeds! Exceptionally clean and easily accessible. We only stayed 2 nights as a cross over and it ticked the box. Although we did not explore St Paul’s, the view from the apartment is beautiful and the amenities are spot on! Comfortable and clean. Fully stocked with the essentials. Excellent communication. Yes, your on a main road, so if traffic offends your sleep, then drink some lovely Maltese wine and shut up.

The apartment was nice but i have some bad things to say about it. The air is very bad in the room, we had our window open all the the time because of the bad air. The noise from the road is extremely loud so you hear every car that drives past if the window is opened.

The first night was very unpleasant. We were awoken after barely having slept for an hour after our delayed flight and trek. it was around 4am, probably 3 loud guys in the other rooms shouting at and screaming drunk and banging the doors. We thought we might have to cancel in the morning and move else where but after knocking on the walls and speaking to Zzzing, they apologised and things were fine for the remainder of our stay. The things that let this place down can be easily fixed. First is the dip between the conjoint single beds, that needs to be padded better. The second is the unreasonable fees for another set of linen . I appreciate the extra towels for free (probably an exception), but Airbnb hosts I've stayed with have all had a few spare linen or offer a change upon request for free, it's just normal practice and it's common to want to change your linens for a number of reasons. Overall for the price we paid, and the view, it was worth it. For long stays? Look up the fees

Beautiful accommodation, especially for the view, as it overlooks the bay. The room has never been cleaned, let alone changed the towels throughout the stay. Even though I didn't cook, I got to find an ants on the kitchen. Accommodation is not located on San Pawl Bay, but Xemejia Bay. You have to get around as you walk in addition to the bay walk and a few bars there is nothing. San Pawl is 3 km away. Expensive price for what is offered.

The place is unfortunately in not as good condition as it seems in the photos. The refrigerator is missing the door in the refrigerator. So freeze in the refrigerator everything. Stay in the complex not too pleasant. Very nice accommodation, spacious and well furnished apartment. Great view. The issue was the excessive noise, both inside and out. They arranged for us in an apartment on the first floor, right above the bus stop (from the balcony you could jump on the roof of the bus to understand us) and it was really annoying, it felt like you were sleeping directly on the street. Also being on the second floor, you could hear all the guests on the upper floors and even the rooms next door. Finally, our room was right next to the reception, in the morning at 7.30 they started making noise, fixing things and talking loudly. When we complained they told us that they had started making noise “just an hour before and it wasn't that early.” However, in the end they changed the apartment to us, and they moved us to the fourth floor but the noise dropped a little. It looked like a toy structure.

Please note that this is apartment house with loft of units. They advertise in pictures the best room they have but you never know if you get it or not. For example they assigned us room 2 meters from entrance and elevator and we were not able to sleep for 3 nights because you can hear everything, people going in and out all night. However, we experienced a soundproofing issue in the bedroom. Indeed, we could hear the traffic noises of cars all night, which disrupted our sleep. Overall had a very good experience with Zzzing customer service beside this incident as they were so kind, sweet and responsive in a very short time. clean property with everything you need and just beside bus stop! Also they let us store our luggage in the reception between our check in/check out s due to having three different bookings and one sweet thing was they treated us with a bottle of wine (there was few promotions, discounts per their app for staying in this hotel but due to pre-season none of them worked so they did this) instead which I appreciate it)

I didn’t get the same room as was advertised, also in pictures it seemed to be in a higher floor but mine was on the first floor and the view was different, i also wrote to the host but nothing was done about it, just a heads up for others that you might not get exactly the same room as in pictures. Also it was very noisy, you can hear the traffic but i slept with earplugs so it didnt bother at night and in the daytime i was always outside. Location was good, it was 30-40 minute walk to st paul’s bay main street which was fine for me. If the noise dont bother you then its a good place to stay but i recommend bringing earplugs.

Great views. Bus stop, shopping, coffee and nice eatery just below the door. Take a dip in the clear water across the street. However, the beach is not cleaned in February/March, but I think it's better during the season. Good hiking opportunities in the mountains behind “The Roman Road”. Buy a bus pass at the airport for 21 euros for a week, and you can take the bus right to the door and get anywhere on the island. You should be able to tolerate noise from the road.

The accommodation is very nice and reflects the description provided by the host. The only notes to make are that the bed is yes, a king size but the mattresses are two singles joined and the cleaning lady was entering the room before check-out time, specifically at 9:40 am, not even knocking on the door. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and the room is equipped with all the comforts with the kitchen equipped the right. A note of merit for the magnificent balcony view, much appreciated.

This place was spotless on arrival, towels and linen were provided. The host was very responsive which was great and check in was easy. However, we were a bit disappointed with our stay. The double bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together which kept coming apart anytime you moved in the bed. There was no microwave or coffee machine as described and the latch on the balcony door did not shut securely. The apartments are located just above a busy main road, when on the balcony its difficult to have a conversation at all because of the noise of the cars but the view was very nice. You will also hear the the traffic inside the apartment as the walls are very thin. There was no spray for cleaning counters or the table, just washing up liquid, and the kitchen chairs were hard wooden chairs similar to ones I had in school. There was no chair at the workdesk either. They have irish plugs beside the bed in the studio which was great for charging phones. Nice view but wouldn't stay again.

Kitchen is basic (but who goes on holiday to cook?), but has whats needed. It would be nice if checkout time is extended to 12pm, as for me I checked in late and was asked to check out at exactly 10am, my flight was not for another 4hours and I did speak to the house keeper, if I can stay for about 1-2hours, she refused. I had to go to a restaurant close by to sit there till the 12pm bus arrived. The apartment is close to the bus stops, which is good, there is a store and restaurants around. I don’t know if it’s written somewhere but I was skeptical about the exact building, as it’s written zzzing I was expecting to see that somewhere, but the building is called sea view stays. Also there was no microwave 😕, please it would be good to have that in an apartment.

Amazing place with amazing views, the only downside is that it’s a bit loud at night, since the walls of the building are super thin. Flat has everything you might need for a short stay, pots, pans, plates, fridge, even a Hairdryer and iron. The accommodation is convenient to spend a week in Malta. Parking is located along the street, from the balcony you can see your vehicle. The street is very noisy as a lot of vehicles spend all day/night, although the windows are closed, so it's complicated to rest if you are sensitive to noise. The accommodation is very well equipped, downside from the freezer at the top of the faulty fridge that frozen our fresh products. We hadn't had the name of the room at the start, which was patient upon arrival, but Zzing was responsive by message. We recommend this listing for your stay.

The zzzing stay was good overall. We stayed there for almost a week. Pros: good location, the convenience store is nearby, uber/bolt/bus stop all work perfectly well in this area, the view outside the balcony is beautiful. Cons: the walls of the apartment seem to be quite thin. You can hear the noise coming from the traffic outside easily and even the neighbouring rooms.

Amazing stay! The only issue we faced, and why I took off one star, the check-out felt very rushed. The cleaner opened the door before 8am, when we had set our alarm. Our checkout limit was 10am. Luckily we were under the covers, but the cleaner would have had an eye-full. We got dressed, packed our things and left, only to see the cleaner sitting on the stairs. He sat there for the 30mins it took us to leave and immediately went in. That whole experience really put a black mark on our overall stay. Besides that, however, it was amazing. Great views. Close to restaurants. Clean room. They just need to take care of that invasive cleaner.

The view is awesome! it is located next to the ABC Scuba shop, where my time was spent. The room had exactly what I needed to stay, sleep, and jet off around the island. The shower was warm, the bed was comfy, and the view was great. The other tennants were quiet, so my experience was great. The location isn't near any of the main hot spots on the island, so if you are visiting Malta, the place is quite far from the main city of Valetta.

I landed in Malta and was on my way to the property at 11pm when I looked at the app for the check in process to see a notification that my booking was canceled and the cancellation policy was to refund 50% of each day. At this time at night and no instant refund what if I didn’t have money to book anything else? Even if it was an emergency A call would have been nice! Also, at that time at night there aren’t many checkin options. No one from the property helped or contacted me. Thank goodness for the Airbnb staff for their help.

Clean and classy with great views and the balcony catches the sun perfectly. Not much going on in the town but the bus stop right at the door of the apartment has cheap regular busses to mellieha. About ten minutes away with great seafront restaurants and bars.

Great place to stay ! Large room, great view ! I spent 4 days here with my boyfriend and we loved it. Saint Paul's bay is a great place to stay, not so far from anything ! Loved it. Would recommend !

We had a good stay! The hotel room was equipped with all the things one need for a short stay. Price to performance ration was also good. Only small issue is the noise from the main street if one chooses to open the balcony door.

The apartment is good value for money and has a great location. The kitchen comes with plates, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils so you can cook basic meals. Check in is easy and the apartment was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The apartment was super clean and there was everything you needed. Since we were in the low season, St. Pawl Bay was no longer too open of the restaurants and options to stop in, but there is a bus station right in front of you where you can travel the whole island without any problems. The only drawback in this apartment is the location directly on a very busy road. Since the windows are not very soundproof, earplugs or a very very deep sleep are urgently recommended. Otherwise everything went tippitoppi.

Very nice apartment, very clean, bus stop just downstairs, small supermarket next door. But the big problem comes from the noise as mentioned by previous guests. One night there was a night in the restaurant next to the loud music. The road noise is also disturbing. Otherwise very good.

The place is nice, but be very careful, as there will be nobody to make your check in or check out, and the next day of your check out you will receive a message that you stole a knife ...or something. That is what happened to me. After I wrote to them, that I didn`t even use a knife , they send me an invoice to pay Euro 10 for the knife.

This was a really nice apartment to stay at for a couple of nights. The main feature is the lovely views of the bay - you can get some beautiful views particularly at sunset and sunrise. The place itself was very clean and using the codes to get in the building and room was very easy. The only downside is the noise. The apartment is basically on one of the main roads in Malta connecting the East side of the island to the West (and the ferry to Gozo). This meant that I did not sleep particularly well at night - I am a very light sleeper so for other people it might be fine but if you really can’t stand noise at night, I would not recommend this apartment. Overall though a really nice place to stay!

The apartment is clean and functional. The bed is very firm but comfy. The view is beautiful but sadly the whole visit was overshadowed by the constant noise of the road and traffic. There doesn't seem to be any respite and it made sitting on the balcony difficult and we couldn't leave the patio doors open, thankfully the apartment did have air conditioning. We left a day early and went to a different hotel due to two bad nights sleep. Not good really.

super clean and comfortable apartment in the best part of the waterfront . The view from the balcony was panoramic. Hassle free check in and out. The transportation links to reach where we wanted to go were excellent, the bus stop just outside. even 1 bus to get there from the airport. The bar/restaurant around the corner serves tasty food with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There is a mini supermarket 1 min away. I highly recommend this place if you visit Malta.

Beautiful apartment with great view over St Paul’s Bay. I really can’t find anything of significance to fault it. Although it can be a little noisy due to traffic and late night revellers if, like me you like to sleep with the windows and curtains open. Which leads to the other minor problem of the balcony light being on all night (no way to turn it off) meaning it shines into the bedroom all night.

Clean, modern and well looked after apartments. Good views of St.Paul’s Bay, convenience store close, good parking and bus stop right next to the building. Towels, toiletries, cooking facilities and utensils supplied and access to a laundry room all included. Be prepared for the fact the apartment you stay in might not be the one you see advertised. It’s not a huge issue because all the apartments have identical facilities but do have different layouts. Overall, very happy.

The place is clean, spacious and newly decorated. Very good information from the host, friendly concierge. Unfortunately, the view from the balcony is misleading the actual location. The apartments are located directly on a very busy, noisy street (day and night). Also, the whole house is extremely noisy and thus gives the impression of a youth hostel. Many very young tenants do not take any consideration in the middle of the night. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is definitely wrong.

A really nice room with a great view. Too bad for the exaggerated noise of cars and street vehicles that ruin a little relaxation. The room comes with everything you need for your stay in the room, there are only a few room cleaning supplies missing. Had a great time in this apartment. Everything you need and right in the middle of what is one of the nicest bays in Malta. Unfortunately we experienced a leak in the bathroom which caused a few issues, but the owners were very responsive and communicative and I’m sure it will be resolved very soon.

Toilet flush flooded the bathroom. No fix until the next day. They say they will charge 35€ for unwashed dishes or stained bed linen which seems a bit inappropriate! Besides this, it is was very clean and the stay was ok!

Great place and great stay! Such clean and modern rooms and the easiest check-in and check-out process. Such a good location right on the water and an incredible view from the balcony! Saint pauls is a really nice quiet town - there’s a bit of a walk round the bay to get to more restaurants and beachier beaches, but the travel links and busses are so good and there’s a bus stop right outside the apartment making it so easy to get anywhere you need in Malta! A great stay and would love to go back!

Nice and clean "hotel" room with a great view from the balcony! However, with a bit of noise from the road below. We had a couple issues along the way, all of which were solved within 30 minutes - really good service and communication (even at midnight)
