swimming pool was dirty when we got in so we had to immediately get out because there were baby wipes and other things floating around the pool. the jacuzzi wasn’t in use when we had a look so this was disappointing. overall the room was decent and was fit for purpose. i thought some other guests were quite loud however which disturbed my stay. the cleaning staff were sometimes more helpful than actual customer service.

The accommodation is well located, which is definitely a positive point. However, the room did not match what I had selected and did not correspond to the photos shown in the listing. We also experienced an unbearable smell in the toilets. We informed the team, but unfortunately there was no real follow-up , only that they would “check,” without any concrete action. Additionally, we were looking forward to using the jacuzzi, but it was closed. We waited and asked several times, but again, we only received the same response that the team would look into it, with no resolution. Overall, the quality does not match the price I paid, which is disappointing.

Beautiful BnB in a great location, the check in process was easy, and there is a baggage room to leave bags in if needed on final day after check out, which is very convenient. The breakfasts were good, very filling, and the water refill stations on the 4th and ground floor were very helpful to have. the room was cleaned daily, and toilet roll etc. was restocked. My one quarm would be the hot tub was half full and did not heat up very much, there were no instructions on how to use this in the room and the Zzzing help number were not sure either.

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
