Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:
This is a self‑check‑in Property. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Check-in time is 3PM but you are welcome to drop off your luggage if you arrive earlies. Check the Guest Portal for more info. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

The room corresponds to the photographs, with a very beautiful view despite the bad weather not allowing you to enjoy the balcony. Communication was clear and regular. Breakfast was very nice. To improve: since it is not possible to check in earlier, they should have a suitable room to store luggage. You are allowed to leave it behind the reception desk, but there is not even a staff member to receive it and keep an eye on your items. I walked around the hotel for half an hour trying to figure out where to leave things without seeing anyone. Having a room where you could wait after check-out wouldn't be bad either. Check-out is at 10:00 and I had a flight at 14:30. Here are the suggestions, small things that make a difference.

Nice location, tidy room but some mould stains, some rust here and there. It looks better than it actually is. They communicate smoothly, but it is quite impersonal and not always clear (whether or not there is breakfast, no explanation in the room, for example, whether they come to clean or not, etc.) A lot of noise nuisance also from the lift, the lock of the other rooms and in our case a crying baby. The walls are not so soundproof, but all in all a nice location with a beautiful view and smooth communication!

  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
