The space
Here, location, style, comfort, and luxury are beautifully combined to bring you a true showstopper. The Florian Boutique Guesthouse features five exclusive rooms, including two exquisitely crafted self-catering lofts that exude charm, elegance, and style. We especially love the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining areas in these two units—they’re sociable spaces where you can stay connected with loved ones, whether you’re lounging on the sofa, catching up on your latest Netflix series (on our Smart TV), or whipping up a delicious snack in the kitchen.

Expect to find a minimalist setting with a neutral palette, simple yet stylish, radiating understated elegance. The interior is chic with a touch of luxury to make your stay memorable, comfortable, and special. The comfy double bed and spa-like ensuite bathroom are both gorgeous. After a long day, step into the chic, black-framed rain shower—a surefire way to relax, wash the day away, and prepare for a deep slumber.

The highlight for us? The property’s Roof Top Lounge is a true standout, featuring really lovely comfy seating. It’s the perfect place to unwind after an exciting day in Malta—the breeze is spectacular year-round. The large terrace is ideal for both sunrise and sunset, where you can enjoy an Aperol Spritz, a glass of wine, or, if you’re on a personal detox journey, a smoothie or warm tea to melt your worries away. Our Zzzing recommendation: Take the elevator up to the rooftop lounge, armed with a bottle of local wine, and watch the sky transform into hues of red and orange at dusk.
During your stay
To make your arrival as smooth as possible, our Guest Portal includes everything you need: detailed arrival instructions, your unique door code (activated at the time of check-in), and helpful information about the area. To access the Guest Portal, please complete the Online Check-In Form. It’s quick, easy, and can be filled out as soon as you confirm your booking. Self-Check-In Made Easy This is a self-check-in holiday home. You’ll find your unique access code in the Guest Portal, which will grant entry to your selected property. Please note that codes are activated at 3:00 PM, the official check-in time. If you'd like to drop off your luggage earlier, just send us a quick message—we’ll let you know if it’s possible, depending on the cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home, and our housekeeping team needs at least 5–6 hours to ensure the property is perfectly prepared for your stay. We appreciate your understanding! The place was really cuteee and cozy. I would’ve preferred to have nicer neighbours because yelling at us at 8am isn’t something you wanna go through while on a bit of a break but otherwise it was great. Also the hosts were super responsive and helpful!!

In short, our stay was great.Excellent location, everything within walking distance.The only negative thing I could say is that the apartment looks bigger in the photos. However, it has everything you need and is very functional. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the common area on the back floor. Recommended without hesitation

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
