The listing matched the description. For the price it's clean and decent. We travelled in low season, January, and at least when we were there it was very quiet. Close to many bus stops with easy access to all the tourist places on the island. Breakfast is small but for the price you pay, it's fine. Delicious coffee machine, and variety of fruit, pastries, cereals, etc. We asked for a cot for the room and a high chair for breakfast and they had everything ready from day one. For me, the best thing was the communication, they respond to messages and any inconvenience you have right away. One night we were cold and the same day they put the hot air and an extra blanket. I don't know how it will be in summer, but certainly at the time we went it was a very good stay, I would definitely repeat.

When we arrived, the shower was dismantled, and it was inconvenient to wash our hands in the sink. The view from the room was of the trash bins. Towels were changed every other day, and there was a hole in the duvet cover. When we wrote to the host about the dirty towels and the hole in the duvet cover, we were told that everything would be replaced in the morning. In the morning, they did change the towels, but now the duvet cover had not one, but two holes. In response, the host suggested that we take everything we needed on the second floor and also offered a late check-out at 12 p.m., but when we went upstairs, there was nothing there. Overall, the attitude toward the guests was terrible, and the communication between the staff and the host was also poor. On the positive side, the breakfasts were delicious, although even here there was a downside: no one told us the breakfast hours, so on the first day we overslept it. Another advantage is the hotel’s location .

The place is amazing, even though we only stayed one night, we would have liked to spend more time there. The room is very comfortable and everything is impeccable, the people there are very friendly and the best of all was the very varied breakfast that is included. It is in a very good location near well-known places and restaurants. We loved the place and would like to come back. I highly recommend it.

Very good establishment, well maintained, lunch is included and it is quite well stocked, the price is very reasonable, they speak English if there is a problem but via Airbnb everything is translated and they are very responsive, not far from the center of San juilians, honestly no real negative point if it is a little noise at night due to some customers but the staff is not there for anything, I highly recommend

Good overall, the value for money is fine, I don't think you can expect much more at that price. The area is quiet. However, the room had quite a few stains on the walls and the garden furniture was not very clean. In my room the toilet had no lid, which I found very unhygienic, but I admit that I didn't ask for it to be changed because I didn't want to bother anyone. Communication is exclusively by written message. They are very reactive and respond super fast, but there is never anyone at reception. At night, when other guests were making noise and shouting down the corridors at midnight, there was no one in the building to control that, and in my case, I didn't write at that time to complain because I didn't think they could do anything at a distance anyway.

We were really happy with out stay and the price was reasonable. The building seems recently renovated so is modern and in good condition. Easy to check-in and access the building / room as the entry system is via a code which is provided on the check-in day; much easier than having to share a key. The room was of ample size and the comfortable double bed was massive. All the expected amenities- hairdryer, TV, tea/coffee. The TV was a smart TV so connected to Netflix / Amazon / YouTube. Our room was in the middle of the building so only had a very small window, but this didn't really bother us and there was plenty of useful lighting. Lovely big bathroom and the shower was great as it had a really big shower head and good water pressure. The room was spotless and was cleaned daily. Excellent self-serve buffet breakfast provided. The lady at breakfast that also did cleaning was friendly and clearly worked very hard. Fab outside area. We will definitely return here!

A room with a view of the plumbing, a claustrophobic person would die! I was also told that "if I open the window, the claustrophobia goes away" The only common and open area was closed at 8.00 pm, despite the fact that the pool was unattended 24 hours a day. The beds to lie on were gruesome, dirty and worn to the core. TOTAL absence of staff, except through a chat. Pay attention to the location of the room if you don't want to spend your holidays looking at a wall and pipes.

Great location for getting around by public transport, a short walk from the nightlife and attractions of S. Julien. The rooms and common areas were clean and tidy. The staff is not very present and speaks very little Italian, so it is sometimes difficult to make yourself understood, however, they are available and friendly. During the evening and night, unfortunately, as there were young people in the building, there was a lot of loud music and doors slamming. The small, comfortable rooms had a few wall hangers to store towels and jackets, and half of those in the wardrobe were broken. In the bathroom, there was no shelf to put the beauty products on, and the toilet seat was missing. The biggest problem we encountered was the keypad for entering the room, which worked very badly and made us anxious throughout the stay. They gave us emergency keys, but they still didn't open the door. Breakfast is nothing special. Too few seats and a bit slow to refuel. Very high price.

I don't recommend it for who is looking for peace and quiet, even the staff don't care about silence… Especially in room 102, which has no view and the window opens onto the garbage dump. Lots of noise from furniture, people talking and the staff. The breakfast is only reasonable.

Our stay went very well! The hotel is clean, well located, we were delighted. The only downside I would like to note is that the breakfast is not amazing. No hot food, industrial pancakes and not a lot of choice. But otherwise everything was fine.

It was a wonderful hotel! Very nice inside and super nice and easy self check-in. It has a very nice swimming pool, a bit small but it was often very quiet with us so plenty of space. 7 minutes walk from a spar that is open 24/7 so that was certainly nice for shopping. Every day we were cleaned and given new towels. We only had a view of pipes but we didn't mind that very much. The air conditioning was very nice with the warm weather. An extra travel plug, large bed, clean shower, beautiful interior, TV etc. Definitely recommended!

Our stay was very pleasant! Entering was easy and the room was very clean. There are not so many staff around but that is not necessary as people respond via a chat line. The swimming pool is very clean and the breakfast is okay. Definitely worth the money!

Upon my arrival at the property, I was assigned a room (101) which, however, did not open with the code that was provided to me. I ask for help via chat and I am told that they will provide me with a code. After 5 minutes, they tell me that my room is not 101 but 102. I entered the room and pointed out – again via chat – that it did not match the description because it had a blind window overlooking the first floor of a cavity of about 1 square metre in which two rubbish bins were placed. In addition to not being reported at all during the booking process, this situation was also unacceptable in view of the heat in Malta. Just think that for 3 days in my room, no air exchange was possible.

We had a great stay in Saint Julian. The hotel was great, and what we particularly enjoyed was the autonomy offered. If needed, it was enough to communicate with the staff via the Airbnb platform, which was very convenient. It is also possible to leave your luggage in a secure room with a code, which allows you to enjoy the day without being encumbered. The staff is very responsive. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Delightful, small tourist facility, managed with a self-check-in system - independent, simple, clear and fast (very efficient support from staff via app). Comfortable, well-furnished, clean, and equipped rooms (towel, hairdryer, refrigerator, safe, water jug, kettle, bath foam, internet). Varied, abundant and quality breakfast, with fresh and local products. Small, well-kept and well-equipped common areas (swimming pool and breakfast room). Very convenient location, in the centre of St Julian, a few steps from public services and commercial facilities, but away from traffic (quiet and peaceful street). It is important to know that the structure: has English sockets (important to have an adapter); it does not have staff on site (except for breakfast), but it has a very efficient management system through an app that responds quickly to your every need; does not have pool covers. Absolutely perfect for us.

A new hotel, freshly renovated, pleasant to be in. The location is on a quiet street, even though there's a lot of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Could hear the neighbors, though, but maybe only with an open window. The breakfast wasn't too impressive, but was fine for the money. Support chat felt like talking to a chatbot, so it didn't always help. For example, we couldn't find an iron even though it was listed, and chatting didn't help us resolve the issue. Small tip: Keep in mind the UK sockets on Malta. The hotel didn't have any EU adapters, but we got directions to the nearest shop that had them via chat.

We stayed 2 nights in this property. The address is not always clearly indicated according to the map applications. Overall very correct, only downside communication is not simple. No one at the check-in, for special requests you have to write messages. The answers are always positive but seem to come out of a chatbot. We asked for 2 days before a breakfast box as we had to leave overnight for the airport. We were told that it would be possible, but in the evening no boxes in the room. We rewrote until at 11:30 pm a box was dropped off in front of our room, which in the end we would never find because we were probably stolen in the night by other guests. Aside from this little concern, I would recommend this listing!

Great value for money for this brand new, quiet hotel with a great breakfast included and a nice pool. Impeccable rooms and king size bed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It's easy to get anywhere by bus or on foot. One advantage was the large supermarket very close, the foodcourt and restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed the amenities like the pool and breakfast which was very good. The room was very nice as well. However the check-in did not go smoothly as the code did not work and when we tried to message the host they were unresponsive and there was no phone number. We waited outside for a half an hour and only got in because someone was leaving. Also it was very hard to find someone who worked there as nobody ever sat at the desk. Overall our stay was good though, I would just recommend having the staff be more present

The space was so comfortable and practical that my wish is that in all the trips I make there is a similar place!! We spent a lot of time exploring the island, so it was perfect to have such a place to rest at the end of the day. The only note is that the hot water in the shower does not last long, but those who go with good weather should not miss it. Awesome! I highly recommend it!!

Had a really nice time at the Airbnb. We had some issues with the bedding but the zzzing team was quick to reply and send the housekeeper to resolve the issue. The bed is really comfortable and the pool looked really nice. There was quite some noice from the other guests on our floor late at night so keep that in mind. Overall the room looked nice and clean and was really comfortable. We would definitely go here again, maybe in summer next time so we can try out the pool.

The pool was quite dirty for the first 3 days of our stay, for the last two it got cleaned and there was a big difference. The breakfast is quite limited and we were expecting a bit more- at least an egg station or a bit more variety. However, for the price you pay, the location you’re at, and the quality of the room and the cleanliness, you can not really ask for more!

Great accommodation in a great location. Everything like new, very comfortable bed and linens as well as towels sparkling clean. The breakfast buffet was always very lovingly prepared and there is something for everyone. Very nice pool area, also everything very clean. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance. Otherwise, bus stops can also be reached in a few minutes. I would book the accommodation again anytime!

The room is very clean, fully equipped and new and convenient to use, stayed in a brand new room on Airbnb for the first time, and breakfast is also provided.The staff is very welcoming and proactively asked if there are any needs.
