Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Your suite is entirely private, accessed via a secure digital code or app for keyless entry at any hour — no key collection, no waiting around. Before arrival, you'll receive a secure link to pay the eco tax online in line with Malta's Environmental Contribution regulations, which unlocks your Guest Portal where you'll find your check-in code, local recommendations, and everything you need to plan your stay. Check-in time is 3PM, though you're welcome to drop your luggage earlier. Your stay includes a self-catering kitchenette (Nespresso machine, microwave, and essentials), complimentary high-speed Wi‑Fi, and access to the shared outdoor pool with sun loungers. A complimentary baby cot is available on request. Quiet hours are observed from 11PM to 7AM. A complimentary breakfast is served daily between 7:30 and 9:30 in the morning — a lovely way to start the day before heading out to explore.Other things to note

They didnt give codes at all until i didnt call them, messaging is only AI chat so if someone is comming call them in advance for codes so you dont stay in front of building, rooftop area did not work at all, besides that AC had some issues but managed to make it to work by help of their technician, they helped very fast when we accidentaly locked safe, staff is very kind and helpful, apartment and pool and breakfast area are very clean, one wifi works 50% times, another one (ED) works fine, location is very nice, shops and central area are nearby, luggage room was also useful for last day because we had to wait for a flight, overall 8/10 experience

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
