Self Check-in was smooth and easy, and we received all the necessary information in advance. The apartment is modern, clean and exactly as shown in the photos, central, yet quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always friendly. Another huge plus: we were able to do our laundry on-site, which made traveling much easier. We enjoyed the beautiful rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun, morning coffee or ending the day with a great view. The support from the team was excellent: they responded very quickly to messages/changes and helped immediately when we had a problem with the bath tub. We felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Very well located, within a few minutes walk to Spinola Bay, but set back in a private area so quiet and peaceful. The pool is lovely and the rooftop area with hot tub felt very luxurious too. We were disappointed that we couldn’t check in until 1.5hrs after the agreed check in time, and the room didn’t appear well cleaned when we did get in… when I rolled the sofa bed out it was visibly dirty and I had to remove somebody’s dried up used contact lenses, however on day 2 after the cleaners had been the place was spotless Overall it is a very gorgeous spot and extremely well located, but a couple of small issues that may have just been bad luck and poor housekeeping at the time

We only stayed one day but the experience was more than positive. The room is really large and comfortable. It has everything you need. Breakfast was exceptional. Using the pool is a super plus that certainly did not spoil it. The staff are really very kind. I definitely recommend it. You can find everything nearby and get around on foot.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
