Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Your suite is entirely private, accessed via a secure digital code or app for keyless entry at any hour — no key collection, no waiting around. Before arrival, you'll receive a secure link to pay the eco tax online in line with Malta's Environmental Contribution regulations, which unlocks your Guest Portal where you'll find your check-in code, local recommendations, and everything you need to plan your stay. Check-in time is 3PM, though you're welcome to drop your luggage earlier. Your stay includes a self-catering kitchenette (Nespresso machine, microwave, and essentials), complimentary high-speed Wi‑Fi, and access to the shared outdoor pool with sun loungers. A complimentary baby cot is available on request. Quiet hours are observed from 11PM to 7AM. A complimentary breakfast is served daily between 7:30 and 9:30 in the morning — a lovely way to start the day before heading out to explore.During your stay

The accommodation was cheap and adequate but there were a few issues. The plug for the bath didn't fit so you couldn't have a bath. The shower constantly went hot/cold. The bedside cabinet was broken and had clearly been nailed together. Issues were dealt with promptly where they could be. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Free continental breakfast was really good. Pool and pool area was lovely.

- This holiday home is a residential block in a very peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours. - This property is strictly non-smoking. A €250 fine will be charged if guests are found smoking inside our holiday homes or rooms.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
