a beautiful place, extremely friendly and responsive staff and support, one major downside is loud noise coming from the street, which at least for me disrupted my sleep. prices in winter are lower so for me it still was a bargain. Big balcony, beautiful view, comfortable apartment, also has an elevator (lift) which was great for me with mobility issues.

I can really recommend this place! The view is absolutely gorgeous, with the sea right at your doorstep. There are great restaurants and a small convenience store just a short walk away, so you can easily get around on foot. There’s also a bus stop nearby. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful, and the building itself is really calm and pleasant. Just keep in mind it’s right by a main road, so there’s a bit of traffic noise, but otherwise it’s a fantastic place to stay and really easy to enjoy!

Rather good value for money, but beware: the accommodation is very poorly soundproofed located on a very noisy axis, day and night. A good renovation would be necessary, especially in terms of furniture and chairs, and there is very little crockery available. Otherwise, it's nice to have the little cleaning, towel change and bed preparation done every day.

A modern room with a truly beautiful view of the bay, both morning and evening. It has two lovely balconies, although only one could be opened. The room is very large, the bed excellent, and the bathroom nice and clean. The kitchen was functional and sufficient for preparing light meals. The only thing that bothered us was the somewhat stagnant, stuffy air at the beginning of our stay. Simply airing the room wasn't enough – the smell actually disappeared when we cooked. There was ample parking on the street in front of the building. Communication with the landlord was good. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Although I chose the Paceville San Julian area in the app, the location was half an hour away. I was shocked when I checked the location after I booked. They did not refund my money. Although I explained the issue, I was very aggrieved. They still did not refund my money even though I did not use the house. It was a very bad experience for me. Guests who will rent the house, please check twice so that you do not have the same experience.

I thank the staff via messaging as well as the host on site for their advice and quick answers regarding my requests... the view of the accommodation is magnificent, waking up with the sunrise nothing like it to start the day. We had an amazing stay - we will for sure be back! Fabulous view!! The road is busy, but it did not bother us at all. We were there in mid August and found the area to be nice and quiet. The staff was so kind and helpful. We could stream from our phone to the TV. Bathing and sunbathing by the tiny beach/pier 2 minutes away was amazing. Little shop around the corner had all the basics we needed. Plenty of restaurants and take away places in the area. The bus stop is just around the corner. Busses take a while, but the fare is very cheap! Loved our stay here!!

Beautiful location and great views! The communication was also fine, only the bbq was rusty and dirty (not like in the photos) and we missed the cushions for the sun loungers unfortunately which made our stay a little more unpleasant. Waiting for 2 weeks for an answer for a refund, if we get it.. hopefully everything will be resolved but very slowly. Otherwise great apartment, thanks!

Very good stay! Easy access. Easy parking. Water problem (no water) upon arrival. Very responsive host and problem solved within 10 minutes even if limited speed. The next day, no worries. The view is crazy!! Very nice terrace. Great sunrise!! Well equipped. A few accessories like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, a real knife would be a real plus for a perfect place (we're not far away, really not missing much).

The view from the balcony and roof terrace are unique. However, the entire apartment or the entire house is no longer in the condition conveyed by the pictures. Everything is very worn out. From the torn curtain to the unreasonable grill to a single drinking glass in the kitchen. The coating of the pan may have fallen victim to a sharp object a long time ago. The front door on the ground floor was always open. However, the elevator worked flawlessly and made a well maintained condition. Parking in front of and behind the house was very relaxed for us in the low season with always enough free spaces. Especially on weekends, the street in front of the house is a popular track for motorcycles and cars on the way to the kiosk around the corner. Including sound check. The white laundry, from the duvet cover to the towels, had rust stains and when walking barefoot through the apartment you had black feet.

Attention: Theft! This place is extremely dubious. My white skirt disappeared during housekeeping. The host promised to take care of it, but after multiple requests, I was just stopped. A refund was only promised, then delayed and finally denied – on the grounds that the skirt had to be found first. Two days after I left, it still disappeared. Despite the obvious responsibility of the staff, the property refuses to compensate me. Not at all recommended!

The place was responding to the description. Had all the services that were indicated in the description, and over all the place was quite nice. Amazing view from our room, surely the best thing about the place. Unfortunately there were a couple of problems. First of all, bedsheets were stained, I'm pretty sure they have been cleaned, they smelled good, but there were a lot of stains all over them. I told about it to the host, and they replied to go get new bedsheets in the reception downstairs, not even a word of sorrow. Walls were stained as well, it was clear something have been spilled on them. Lastly, the water from the tap was not hot even after leaving it open for some time, we had warm shower and it was pretty unpleasant considering the period in which we stayed here (March). Be careful, there are only english plugs in the rooms, so if your electric devices are from other parts of Europe or world, you need to have an adapter.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our time at Seaview Stays was truly amazzzing :) Thanks to its panoramic terrace views of the sparkling bay-watching sunrises and sunsets felt like a daily privilege!. The Apartment was spacious, bright, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping. The host was also exceptionally responsive. We cooked most of our meals here. Kitchen was fully equipped and there was a nice grocery store beside the building. One major problem we faced was the hot water. We had a warm shower at day one, but we only had cold shower for the remaining 5 days we stayed. Overall: We’d be happy to return. I would recommend this for travelers prioritizing scenerey.

My partner and I had a great time here. The place is tidy and cozy, the landlord is helpful and responsive. It's nicely located, with a shop and a restaurant nearby. The balcony had a beautiful view of the bay. We stayed here in early February and despite the cooler weather, we didn't feel cold inside the apartment. It's also a value-for-money listing. I can highly recommend it to anyone staying in Malta.😊

A very nice living. We had a terass overlooking the lake. Very clean and spacious accommodation. The host was the best. If you needed anything, just write to the host and it was delivered and ready within a few minutes. The property is located in Xemxija where the nearest big city of Sankt Paul's Bay, is half an hour's walk away. Then there's good public transport. Just outside the property there was a bus that takes you everywhere, even direct bus to the capital city of Valletta. Also a grocery 1 min from the property. Recommend everyone to stay here. It's a experience.

View from the apartment was amazing, we had everything we needed and beds were made every day for us returning. Location is slightly out of main st Paul's bay, took between 35/45 minutes to walk to the restaurants and bars, it's a lovely flat walk around the bay so if you like a walk like we do it's perfect! Thanks for a great stay.

Great stay. Location was beautiful. Lovely sunrises in the morning. Cleaners were very friendly always saying hello and would help if you needed anything. Came in daily also to make sure all was ok. If you’re staying make sure you check out the beach haven up the street. Will definitely book again.

Although the apartment was lovely we were disappointed with the lack of restaurants in the area, most either had closed down or not open. We did eat mainly in the same place. USB sockets would have been helpful as we only had one adapter. Shower gel would also be good as the small amount supplied was not very much for 5 days and never replenished . A change of towels after a couple of days would be better rather than one for 5 days. There was nowhere to dry clothes on the balcony. The. Bathroom mirror was too high for me and as I wear contact lenses found it difficult to put them in, not everyone is that tall and it wouldn’t adjust. Overall a pleasant stay.

We stayed in the 5th floor deluxe apartment. Was fantastic space and very clean. Amazing outdoor space and excellent kitchen facilities. We hired a car and always found parking close by. Bus stop outside if you don’t want to drive. Convenience store and cafe very close too. It is on a main through road so quite a lot of traffic noise especially at the weekend when the bikers are out in force to meet at the local kiosk around the corner. It didn’t bother us though so only mention it here in case you are expecting a peaceful setting. However the views across the bay are beautiful and was lovely to sit on balcony having breakfast, enjoying the views. The staff we met who were cleaning other rooms were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

A very good stay overall. Apartment 51 (port) is sensation located and offers a really nice view. The apartment is cleaned and well maintained. Slight deductions are available in the sparse equipment of the kitchen (e.g. only 2 glasses, 3 knives). Otherwise, a clear recommendation.

In 2024, there should be more USB outlets in the listing or adapters available upon request. At the bottom of the building a few meters from the building, an open motorcycle bar where every day an incalculable number of motorcycles come and go day and night. For us no problem we are bikers but for some it can bother.

We stayed there for 3 nights and the view was really breathtaking. The sun shines directly into the room in the morning and it has a bus stop right near. The room is large and has enough storage facilities and a beautiful terrace as well as a small balcony. Everything needed was available and the check-in was very easy and well arranged. There were also plenty of storage options and shelves. The value for money is great.

Beautiful accommodation, very well equipped, clean and with magnificent views. It was very easy to find a parking spot on the main street just down the building. A small downside: very simple requests such as adding an extra duvet or setting up terrace chairs require a call to a phone switchboard, which in turn will transfer the request to hotel management, to confirm 30 minutes later that the request is accepted and will be taken into account. Somewhat complicated for not much. But I still recommend the place 100%

This place would have been close to a 5 star review if it weren’t for a couple of days without any hot water in the unit. Zzzing representatives attempted to resolve the issue both days without success which left us showering and doing dishes in what couldn’t even be described as warm water. Sadly a disappointing twist on this stay. We have tried to be fair in our assessment and still take into account all of the positives. The unit itself was very nice, spacious with not only one but two awesome balconies! Views of the bay here definitely do not disappoint. We visited in the off season of late November so had not been expecting all of the local shops to be open but even still the area provided great options for groceries, wine and spirits as well as a nice corner cafe. We recommend trying the Hatch Pub at the Ushuaia Hotel along the beach at the top of the hill for great sea views, food, live music and fantastic staff.

Nice, very clean apartment with a beautiful terrace! Missing a terrace table! An umbrella , a small stretcher , a kitchen awning, and meat knives would be a plus! An air conditioning overhaul is planned ( noise) The terrace is breathtaking, but there is a lot of traffic noise! A small supermarket is next to the building as well as bus stops. A pool and just behind to change a little (for a fee)

The apartment was wonderful and the sea views on the balcony were incredible. Very responsive host and beautiful place. No table for us on our terrace, butts on the floor and a barbecue in a very dirty condition that does not make you use. If you are tired one day, no grace possible because the kitchen does not have a curtain or blind. Max light in the morning.

I was there with a companion. All in all it was great, the street can get noisy (tomorrow us in the evening), location was great, right by the heritage trail, great for jogging, you were comfortable, parking was no problem, superficially clean, the loungers were extremely dirty, kitchen was sufficiently equipped, brings an adapter, bed was completely fine, towels could have liked to be exchanged regularly, the cleaners were extremely noisy in the morning, you can hear everything that happens in the hallway, cleaner came in one day and thought we would leave that day, although it didn't work out at all, but for the price everything is good

The apartment was exactly as described, modern with great views of the Bay, but it was very sparsely equipped and there were no instructions for any of the equipment like TV, oven, or air condition unit. The safe was not secured, the hair dryer was broken, and no ironing board. There was no welcome pack giving these instructions or any local details like places of interest, local transport, or local shops. However Airbnb said our constructive criticism would be dealt with by Zzzing. If you are using the apartment as a base to see the island then it's perfect. But, if you're expecting a quiet, peaceful place to relax, you may be disappointed because of the noise from the road and local bar.

Amazing stay, will definitely recommend it to anybody planning to stay in Malta. There seems to be two layout, one with open kitchen and one with a closed one. Will definitely recommend letting them know which one is of your preference. Also there was no oven, only microwave so be aware when booking but if you don’t mind that everything else looks exactly like the pictures :)

We thoroughly ernjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. Thank you. There is an excellent convenience store nearby as well as restaurants and a bus stop outside whwhere it costs 2 euros to go into Valetta and takes about an hour. We will look to book again next year. It was our first visit to Malta,and what a wonderful country it is.

We had a great stay. Of course you can hear the street but since it was no longer so warm in the evening, you could sleep with closed windows, which dampened the street noise quite well. The view is outstanding. The apartment is very clean and modern. We lacked nothing. Unfortunately, the gas grill didn't work, which didn't bother us any further. Communication was easy Since we had a rental car, we were very well connected. Parking is plentiful. Right in front of the house is also a bus stop. There is a small supermarket within walking distance, where you get the most necessary. We felt very comfortable.

We had an apartment with roof terrace with a really beautiful view of St. Pauls Bay. The room was very spacious and the kitchen well equipped for our purposes. What you need to know: The property is located directly on a busy road (positive: the bus stop is right in front of the building) and it is therefore quite noisy - if you like quiet nights, you will not get your money's worth here. On the day of arrival we were able to bring the luggage to the accommodation in advance and it was even brought directly to the room until our arrival in the evening. However, we found it annoying that on the day of departure you can only leave your luggage at the reception until only 3 pm - unfortunately not enough for a day trip, but with the price of the accommodation and the terms "Deluxe" and "Suite" in the description text this would be really appropriate.

This place was perfect! We had a very nice view, easy to check in with access codes directly in my emails a few days before our arrival. It was clean, spacious, the bed was comfortable and we had access to the laundry room on the same floor. On the other hand, provide that the check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Recommended!

The location is good and the view is very nice. The location of the accommodation is right on a thoroughfare and a bit noisy. You can sit outside, the large terrace invites you to do so. There is neither umbrella nor a sunshade. The cleaners are very friendly. After a rain, there was a power interruption that took 2.5 hours. There was only a request for information from the landlord.

The view over the bay was really excellent, lots to look at, you can see right out to sea with a swimming area a few mins walk away. Nice clear water, lots of fish to watch. However, the flat is on a really really busy road, the traffic never stopped, it was constant day and night. It was very noisy. You can hear it through the double glazing. For the flat itself, it was clean and the bed was comfy. Kitchen was equipped ok, didn’t do any cooking though. The plugs were 3pin British style which was useful to us. There isn’t much in the area in terms of bars etc, we ended up catching the bus a lot to other areas for food. Another thing, you don’t necessarily get the flat in the pics.

Checking-in with the keypad was extremely easy! View and location were spectacular! The AC was located in the kitchen so it was nice and cold but not directly in your face during the night, which we enjoyed! Would definitely recommend staying here

This location was GREAT! There's an easy place to get into the bay and swim less than 2 minute walk away. The view of the bay is beautiful! The key code lock on the building and apartment are very convenient, especially when you want to go swimming since you won't need to worry about losing a key. The floor could have been a bit cleaner, as we found some hair or sand on the floor when we arrived. Also, the apartment layout was a bit smaller/different from the one pictured, but it was similar enough that it wasn't a big issue.

Clean, spacious and modern convenient apartment with a beautiful view. Great balconies. There is a great hiking trail literally a 2 minute walk away. On a beautiful bay, with many great restaurants within 4km radius. Only negative: it’s kinda loud, as it oversees a main street and there was construction behind the building starting early.

large and bright apartment, very clean and comfortable. The view of the bay of St Paul is breathtaking. Bus stop at the foot of the building + food open until 10 p.m. at 50 m are a very nice comfort. The only downside is the road a little busy in front of the building and the photos that do not match the rented apartment whose terrace was smaller. I nevertheless recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Facing the sea but also has a very busy road. Communication leaves something to be desired. I had contacted the company that takes care of this apartment so that they could receive a trekker order (which they agreed to receive) and on the day, nobody was there for reception, impossible to reach them... Too bad.

This was an incredible place to stay! The views from our room were fantastic, so much natural light and the room was spotless! Very safe and convenient location, right next to the water a convenience store and a lovely bar/cafe. The staff were so good at getting back to us with any questions we had. Great apartment on the top floor with nice views of the water. While fronting the Main Street, the apartment is very soundproof. We visited in the fall and found sufficient street-side parking. I can’t attest to parking availability in the warmer seasons. We enjoyed the local restaurants and found the property to be within easy driving distance to many sites (M’dina, RAbat, Vallencia, etc). We stayed during a very rainy and blustery weekend, so I can assure you the apartment is very weather and soundproof. Even in inclement weather, the view was amazing. Recommend.

This is a beautiful apartment, the terrace was a wonderful place to have breakfast in the November sunshine. Very close to bus routes and some good restaurants within easy walking distance. As there is little sound insulation n the building it can be noisy at times.

This is a beautiful apartment with a truly amazing patio and balcony. Spacious and clean, it has an airy modern design. We really enjoyed our stay here, particularly having coffee in the morning lounging on the deck. The location was good but we didn’t feel that there was a ton around. Luckily, cabs and buses are plentiful and it was easy to get to other places when we wanted to explore and try new restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Really great accommodation. via the Zzzing app there is the entrance and room code. We had a big balcony with BBQ. On our floor there was a laundry room (for free), which personally helped me a lot, as I had only packed half for the holiday again. Room air conditioned. You could have cooked your own if you want. The fridge is more spacious than the usual minibar refrigerators. Great, happy to come again!

The apartment is very lovely, but we didn't get exactly the pictured. It was one floor over it, we didn't have a separate kitchen. The view is truly a dream! It is unique and right outside the front door is a stony but really great swimming spot. There are hardly any people there, which is very pleasant. The bay is very nice especially in the evening. You should be aware before staying that the street is very noisy when sitting on the balcony. But when all the doors are closed at night, you don't hear anything. Everything was very clean, the air conditioning is very pleasantly quiet, and washing machines are available. The keyless access is very pleasant.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. The views are incredible. If you're looking for a chill time away without many tourists then look no further. It is so close to the harbour, where you can swim with the fish in a marked off swimming area. The balcony is perfect for if you have work to do or want to sunbathe in privacy. The bus routes are extremely easy (especially to/from the airport) with the main bus stop being right below the apartment. I was a single woman staying on my own and felt completely safe the entire time I was there. Highly recommend! The village had lots of fascinating history as well as some lovely walks and bars/restaurants. I will definitely be returning!! Thank you for a lovely stay.

I think we never enjoyed a studio as joyfull as this Zzzing appartment. With beautiful views of the bay, right from the terrace with sunbeds, dining table and bbq we just spent hours relaxing there. the studio itself is very comfortable and neat with beautiful views over Malta as well. Absolute top location!
