This is a self‑check‑in Property. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Check-in time is 3PM but you are welcome to drop off your luggage if you arrive earlies. Check the Guest Portal for more info. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

The property was as shown in the photos, the view was very nice and the interior is spacious. The bed and linen are of high quality and ensure a good night's sleep. On the other hand, one of the bedside lamps couldn't be used, an adapter was missing, the ceiling lights didn't work, and an AI responds to messages and doesn't resolve these issues. There is a clear lack of a human touch.

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
