The apartment was very clean, but the bathroom was dirty, there was someone's hair in the shower - a bunch of hair At 8 am, gentlemen came to take pictures and measurements, which we did not know about, and our hotel day was going on - instead of bathing in peace, the gentlemen walked around the rooms

The pool was unfortunately not available during our entire stay, as it had turned green. The book mentions cleaning services and fresh towels, but we didn’t receive these during our visit. The apartment shows some signs of wear and wasn’t completely clean upon arrival and there was only a single kitchen towel provided, which wasn’t quite sufficient. That said, we still had a pleasant stay overall, as the apartment is very modern and the location is great!

Perfect Location. If you're looking to be really close to St Julian but still have quiet time then this is the place. There's a super market wellbees, a 5 min walk which also has an amazing food hall. We were kindly allowed to drop our bags earlier than the check in time as we landed early morning, check in was still 3pm. When we arrived we had an issue with one of the door codes but the host was so quick to respond. When we checked in at 3pm there weren't any towels, we had to wait about 2 hours for these to arrive with great communication from the host all the time. The Apartment is beautifully bright and clean. The air con was a delight from heat wave of Malta. The beds were the most comfortable we've slept on in a while. The en suite sink didn't drain properly so gave off a slight smell, but nothing to became an issue. The pool area is small with broken limited sunbeds but adequate for a quick dip. You can't sit on the balcony as there's no furniture. Would 100% book again

Apartment was very clean, however looked quite different but still similar to photos advertised. Area was quiet but still walkable to get to the main part of St Julian's. The reason for 4 stars is that we did not receive the code to check in immediately at 3pm, I had to text the host at around 10 minutes after 3 to receive this information however they did respond very quickly. Another reason for 4 stars, is that there is only around 6 sun loungers by the pool, and nearly all of these were broken or burst through. I would recommend that the host looks into getting more sun loungers for by the pool as these were either broken or occupied. Other than that our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. I would recommend.

The apartment was as pictured. It was easy to find. The check in was straightforward. But since we were mostly on the road, we didn't cook. The location was central, but still quiet. It was enough for a getaway like ours.

Very pleasant stay everything was perfect, unfortunately there were no pans present in the kitchen so we had to buy it ourselves, we left it for you so that the future visitors can use it. Regards

Correct accommodation, quiet environment which is nice but disgusting pool with green water. Bad smell around as many cats come to do their own needs, including around the pool. Otherwise correct overall with a beautiful apartment. Good location (close to paceville 10min walk) Good thing about the washing machine.

Overall our stay was correct. The apartment is nice shame that it is so close to the highway and therefore very noisy: difficult to land on the terrace or by the pool. We were also 2 hours late with the cleaning. Apartment available at 5 p.m. instead of 3 p.m., be careful in high time. The surroundings of the pool were not clean (cat droppings in the driveway and the cleaner threw the butts from the ashtrays into the plants...). We recommend for proximity to the city center but not for relaxation.

Friendly host, always reachable. Clean place and nice staff. Regardless of your requests, they respond with respect and kindness. Sometimes, depending on where they are, they are not as available and we enjoyed the exchanges. Only downside, we arrived early on the first day to relax and enjoy it, but we couldn't get into the room until 3PM. We had to keep our luggage in storage and wait from 9:15 am to 3pm. I think it's a shame because for everything else it was perfect. A room entrance at 12pm would have been great (too much waiting in the sun in the pool, not to mention the fatigue of the trip) even if I understand the vagaries of cleaning and other hassle. Aside from this detail, a great stay at this property.

The apartment was very nice, in a good location very close to St Julian and Sliema, and I loved the view from the apartment. The check in was easy, it was good that we did not have to hold any keys on us; there was a box with a code for the building door, the key was attached to the box in a way that it stayed inside the box. However in our last night we arrived the apartment at 01:00 am, and we were surprised that there was no keys in the box, and we could not get into the building, we called the 24/7 support but there was not much they could do, we waited for almost half an hour then we luckily could enter the building through the garden back door, but we though we could be stuck outside the apartment all night. Another thing, there was no enough sun beds by the pool.

Great location, good price. Easy and enjoyable contact with the staff. Everything is a plus. The only drawbacks are not completely clean showers, the nespresso machine was broken, and no one told us, and a wasp/horn nest in one corner of the balcony

Great location, lovely clean apartment with really comfortable beds, we were given an early check as our flight arrived in the morning which was helpful. My children loved having the pool to enjoy after full day of sightseeing. My only suggestion would be a bit of seating or a lounger on the lovely balcony.

I loved this place so so much , I only wish the Kitchen had a microwave. The location and everything was perfect I wish I could stay here again. However if you need to check-in before the stated time please plan well well ahead because it was so hard to get a response from anyone, we ended up waiting in Macdonalds for 2 hours because nobody on the “24-7” guest experience line would pick up. But don’t let that discourage you from booking I really enjoyed staying here it was amazing , just plan well ahead of time !
